Content: Love this clock. We got it for our 2 year old when we transitioned to her big girl bed. It works like a charm! She knows she can call for us at night and we will come but she also knows that she is supposed to stay in her bed/room until the light turns green. It has a nap time setting as well which is nice because she is so excited to turn it red for bed time. Easy to use and set up. I definitely recommend it to all parents.

Content: I bought two of these to keep at my parent’s and in-law’s house who babysit my daughter every week. They are pretty easy to set up and I love that they have a child lock. We use them for her naps each week, but you are able to use it for overnight sleep and an additional nap setting too if it was your primary clock for your child. I would have bought one for our house, but we already have a hatch sound machine that we can use with a ready to wake light. Overall, these are great little clocks!

Content: We are on our second "Buddy" clock for second child- it is relatively easy to use and quite effective. After a period of time, the newer clock's DC cord became very finicky and would often lose connection. I reached out to the seller, received a quick reply, and received a replacement cord with ease! Relieved we can keep using our clock without having to replace the whole unit. We are back in action and mama is pleased!
Title: Not too bright of a light
Content: Was skeptical of this product at first because the directions seemed complex, but once you play with it for a few minutes you get the hang of it. It has a small light compared to others which is great since my son sleeps in complete darkness. The quick nap function is wonderful (increments of 10 mins up to 3 hours). The alarm is able to be turned off and the light is dimmable.

Content: The title says it all... sleep is precious for all of us moms, and thanks to this I instantly now am able to actually sleep till 7:30 when my son wakes me up by yelling, "MY STAR CLOCK IS GREEN!!!" :) Much nicer than him calling for me at 7:00 and 7:05 and 7:08... asking if it's wake up time yet. So yes, this clock does it's job. It's easy to operate and very simple for the child to understand. You set the time it turns red and it turns red. You set the time it turns green and it turns green. It even has a 10 min "yellow" (really whiteish) to let them know it's almost wake up time. It's wonderful. No complicated app. No messing around. Extra amazing features: - A NAP feature!!!!! I love this so much. We have "quiet time" and it fixes the problem like described above, where the child calls for you constantly asking if they're done yet. You set it for a specified time and never think twice. Child comes out when it's green. SO NICE. - The lock feature. Very handy. I actually don't use this because I like being able to set the nap in 1 click instead of needing to hold down the button to unlock.... but if my child were more of a troublemaker I'd just set the lock and not worry! - A nightlight. We don't use it but it's cool. As a perk, the customer service is great. The cord was not working suddenly and I contacted the company, described the issue, and they sent a replacement. Which works great! 5 stars from me.

Content: This alarm clock has been a total game changer for my 6 year old. We always had a hard time getting her to stay in bed all night. She always came into our room but not anymore! We personally do not use the alarm setting, just the color changing function. When it’s bed time, the light turns to red. When it’s okay to get out of bed in the morning, the light turns green. Now she never feels confused as to when it’s okay for her to get up in the morning. The set up was slightly confusing at first but now that I understand how to use it, I have no issues. I love that you can lock the settings so if your child presses any buttons, it doesn’t mess up the settings. There are multiple brightness settings so you didn’t have to worry about the lights being too bright or too dim.
Title: Issues with plug
Content: After being pretty happy with this item for about a month, there is an issue with the plug that goes into the clock. You have to fiddle with it for the clock to recognize that it's plugged in and looking at it the wrong way can cause it to come "unplugged". The light will not work if it's unplugged, though it dimly keeps the time (nice in the dark, barely readable in the light). Only way I can think to remedy this issue is to tape the plug to the clock. Other than this one (but important) issue, we've been pretty happy. My 2.5 year old understood "the rules" very quickly, but it still took her about 2 weeks to actually start earning her stickers. (The yellow light was confusing for her, we think) She loves the little story. Jumps out of bed as soon as the light is green and will boast all day about how she waited. Clock was pretty easy to set up. Easy to lock. The battery back up works and has a flashing indicator if the clock is not plugged. The lights do not work in battery mode, except the white night light when you tap. I like that the brightness of the lights are adjustable. I wish the clock face itself were adjustable. If you tap the nightlight when it is red, it will return to red after the amount of time you've programmed or when you tap again. It's supposed to have a bap feature but we haven't used it since my toddler doesn't nap 🙃 All in all it's a neat little clock. I might expect to have this plug issue after a year of use and frequent moving, but not 1 month.

Content: I am satisfied with this product. It is very easy to set up and you can adjust the brightness level and noise. You can choose to have an alarm sound off, or just the lights. My daughter loves it and follows its direction more than mine! I was disappointed by the import fees into Canada. On top of the shipping that I paid when I purchased the product, I did have to pay an additional $26 to UPS upon delivery. I did not anticipate this. When I received the product, the cord was frayed and the connection did not work. I messaged the seller right away to express my frustration as I felt that I paid too much for the product and did not want to deal with UPS and the import fees again. Their customer service team was very responsive and messaged me back right away and immediately send me a new cord free of charge, which resolved the issue. I really appreciated this fast and efficient service. Good product, great customer service, disappointing shipping and import fees.

The red, amber and green lights do not work unless the clock is plugged in. Otherwise a good purchase.
