I weigh 145 pounds and am five foot high, so it can't because it wasn't made to sustain me and my size! I filled it to different levels of fullness to see if that made a difference-NOPE it didn't. I think seven times is enough for it to 'adjust' or whatever and it hasn't happened. Do you know how frustrating it is to have it happen one time let alone every time I have used it?! I wake up in the middle of the night with it low-the level is what actually wakes me-it's not comfortable on or near the floor and that is why I purchased the air mattress.
