It is extremely easy and fast to inflate and deflate. The deflation gets every last bit of air out, so it folds up very compactly and fits easily into the carry bag. The only unkown at this point is the durability. I gave it five stars for that just based on my overall satisfaction with it. There is a patch that is provided. It does seem to be pretty durable material just from my handling of it. I would recommend inflating it and letting it air out for at least 24 hours prior to use to get rid of the plastic-like odor, which is not overpowering even right out of the package. It really does not retain the odor for long, and my grandson never mentioned anything about an odor. I would definitely recommend this air bed.

No holes were present so had to be a manufacturer's defect probably around the "motor". I contacted the customer service and they were so helpful. They sent me a free replacement and had it within 3 days. They even followed up to make sure all was good. Excellent customer support. With the replacement, I have used on 2 different times with no issues. It has held air so far and has been very comfortable. It is easy to deflate and can get it back in the bag after use fairly easy. Great mattress for the price and fills a great need.

Content: We used this air mattress for the first time last night. I have had air beds in the past that were only about six to eight inches high. They seemed to puncture easily and when sleeping on them you could wake up the next morning practically on the floor. It was quite a procedure to inflate them, and deflating them was very frustrating trying to get all the air out so they would fold up neatly. This air bed is quite different. It is so easy to inflate. I had tested it out a few days ago after it arrived, inflating and deflating it. Last night my 16-year-old grandson slept on it. It seemed to be the same fullness this morning as when it was inflated last night. He said it was comfortable, like a regular bed. I bought the larger height bed, and it is about the same height as a regular bed, which makes it so much easier to get in and out of, especially if you're over the age of 16. It is extremely easy and fast to inflate and deflate. The deflation gets every last bit of air out, so it folds up very compactly and fits easily into the carry bag. The only unkown at this point is the durability. I gave it five stars for that just based on my overall satisfaction with it. There is a patch that is provided. It does seem to be pretty durable material just from my handling of it. I would recommend inflating it and letting it air out for at least 24 hours prior to use to get rid of the plastic-like odor, which is not overpowering even right out of the package. It really does not retain the odor for long, and my grandson never mentioned anything about an odor. I would definitely recommend this air bed.

Content: I ordered this air mattress prior to Thanksgiving for guests that would be in my home during the holiday. The air mattress arrived in a box, packaged well. It was heavier than expected, but I was encouraged by that knowing it was made of heavy duty materials. When I unpackaged it, set up was easy. I opened the box before I actually needed to utilize the air mattress to give it time to air out. Surprisingly, there was no strong chemical odor. The top has a nice velvet feel. The inner chambers fill with air, allowing for more stability and less sagging. I plugged up the air inflator and the mattress was ready in less than 4 minutes. To release air, the process is just as simple. Once the air mattress was deflated, the cord fits nicely into a compartment at the end of the air mattress. The air mattress folded easily and fit into the convenient storage bag. I would definitely recommend this product. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Content: We liked the quick inflation using the built-in electric self-inflation pump. It then works in reverse to deflate the mattress. If you are careful, the mattress folds up neatly for storage in it's carrying bag. I tested it and slept well. I used twin XL sheets with "deep pockets" which covered the mattress well. The top of the mattress has a "velvet" fabric. I liked the large size of this twin XL airbed. It worked well for our guest. There was no leakage, minor plastic smell that disappeared quickly. Firm support, and you can release air to your preference.

Content: It is a large mattress and easy to inflate. Inflation time was about 2 mins so pretty quick. It is a true queen size mattress with a fairly plush top. My original purchased mattress only held air for first couple of uses. after the 3rd use it would be half way flat after about 4 hours. Not a little but almost half way deflated.
