I woke up in the morning to find my guest with an almost completely deflated air mattress. I felt so bad for them but the company explicitly says that there can be stretching of the air mattress and we could not find any obviously leaks so thought maybe it was just the supposed stretching that occurs. Once our guest left town, I reflated the air mattress to try to figure out what happened. We ended up finding a hole in one of the seams between the headboard and mattress. Disappointing for it to get a hole with only one use. I contacted seller and was told they could not refund since it was out of the 30 day window. This is my first review of anything I have ever bought but felt I had to write one because an air mattress should not get a hole in it with one use and not because to get a replacement within the first two months of purchase. I woke up in the morning to find my guest with an almost completely deflated air mattress. I felt so bad for them but the company explicitly says that there can be stretching of the air mattress and we could not find any obviously leaks so thought maybe it was just the supposed stretching that occurs. Once our guest left town, I reflated the air mattress to try to figure out what happened. We ended up finding a hole in one of the seams between the headboard and mattress. Disappointing for it to get a hole with only one use. I contacted seller and was told they could not refund since it was out of the 30 day window. This is my first review of anything I have ever bought but felt I had to write one because an air mattress should not get a hole in it with one use and not because to get a replacement within the first two months of purchase. When first receiving the air mattress, I inflated it and left it inflated for a few days to make sure it did not deflate or have any issues. A month and a half later, we finally had a guest come to stay with us so this was the first time actually having anyone sleep on it overnight. I woke up in the morning to find my guest with an almost completely deflated air mattress. I felt so bad for them but the company explicitly says that there can be stretching of the air mattress and we could not find any obviously leaks so thought maybe it was just the supposed stretching that occurs. Once our guest left town, I reflated the air mattress to try to figure out what happened. We ended up finding a hole in one of the seams between the headboard and mattress. Disappointing for it to get a hole with only one use. I contacted seller and was told they could not refund since it was out of the 30 day window. This is my first review of anything I have ever bought but felt I had to write one because an air mattress should not get a hole in it with one use and not because to get a replacement within the first two months of purchase. Seller suggested to contact the manufacturer but I never heard back from them. A lot of money wasted. Should have just got a cheap one from Walmart where their. Customer service will actually exchange without issue. Would not recommend.
