The arm covers have pockets and are super handy and big enough to fit a full sized cell phone or remote controls and maybe even some snacks. The red color is really nice. Not garish or bright . More of a darker red. Definitely itely not Christmas or primary color red. I'm happy with the quality and arm feel is soft and nice vs rough. Would buy again when these wear out.
