Latex balloons have a shelf life of about 6 months before they start to degrate. I had to call other balloon twisters who had better quality red balloons to remake all the balloons for me. So, I handed the job over to them and lost a couple hundred dollars in pay, plus the money I had spent on these worthless balloons was wasted.
