They looked just as beautiful afterward, as before. I've had them for a few weeks, now. And I've used several of them, and washed them several times. These are SO thick. And SO absorbent. I've not seen any frays, and don't expect to...the stitching is ridiculously strong and thick. The colors are really, really eye-popping and beautiful. These are just sitting, folded, in a back hallway near a mud closet. Colors: Perfect - eye catching, crisp, clear, haven't faded Stitching: Strong - no frays after several washings, and none expected Absorbency: Incredible - one of these absorbs what 1 regular bath towel absorbs Value: I found 1 towel that looked similar at a national chain store, which I'm sure would've shredded after a few washes, for the price of ALL FOUR OF THESE! These are awesome! Get them!
