No strong chemical smells as printed products often have. The print was nice and clear. Only negative was that the fur like texture seemed to shed just a small amount.

Content: I gave this to my daughter for Christmas, as she's going away to college in January. She LOVES it. (I got the best hug in years!) It seems very well made, and it is very soft. The back side is white, and is the same fleecy material as the front. We'll find out in a couple weeks how it fits on her dorm bed (or maybe she'll use it elsewhere) and only time will tell if it holds up through washings, but the initial impression is excellent. (If it doesn't hold up, I'll be certain to update this review and knock off some stars, but foe now it definitely gets 5.
