Content: I’ve bought so many electric blankets over the last several years, never found “the one”. That is, until now. My other blankets had various problems…looked good in the photo, but when it arrived looked and felt cheaply made. Or stopped working after two winters. Or not enough settings; a blanket that auto shuts off after 3-4 hours so you wake up freezing and have to find the controller to turn it back on. Or a throw that was just not quite big enough, wishing it could be just a few inches longer to cover both my toes AND my shoulders….. This blanket solves all those problems. The blanket is well-made, with good materials. It comes in various sizes, including an “extended” throw size that is the perfect size I’ve been searching for—I’m 5’6” and can tuck it under my toes and still cover my shoulders! It’s got lots of settings, so I can set it for 1 hour up to 8 hours and not wake up freezing in the middle of the night. The heat settings are great as well, I keep it on the lower end because this puppy gets WARM, and does it QUICKLY so I don’t have to “preheat” It several minutes before getting into bed. I haven’t tried it on highest setting because the lower settings have been more than adequate. This blanket also has snaps on the side so you can turn it into a “shawl” but I have not used this feature yet. I also have not washed it yet, but I feel it will hold up well. I will come back and edit this review if there are any issues when I wash it. I will say that when I need to unplug the cord from the blanket, it’s MUCH easier to do than my previous blankets. Bravo for a good design! I love this blanket, it assures I have a comfy, warm sleep with NO issues or annoyances♥️

The corded controlled is pretty standard.
