It's not the pillow's fault; I have short, chunky legs. The pillow goes right from my crotch to my knees. My thighs are meaty and and the pillow is too thick for me at the appropriate end. (I tried it the opposite way, too, in case I was using it the wrong way.) The story has a happy ending, though! I gave it to my boyfriend who has the same lower back pain that I do. My boyfriend stole the pillow from me. HE LOVES IT!
