It supports your neck sleeping on your side or back comfortably. Filling retains its shape. Easy to adjust filling, if you need more or less. And comes with extra filling.

Content: Comes out of the box and packaging limp, as if there is no filling. Don’t add the extra filling yet! Let it sit for an hour and for the filling inside to rise. It’s a very plush and full pillow but not firm. Your head sinks into it at just the right height without feeling flat. No morning neck or head aches. Feels like a luxury pillow from a luxurious hotel. Quality stitching/quilting and zipper. We did not need the extra filling but appreciate that it is provided for future use if/when needed. The whole family has one.

The smell goes away when adding a couple of dryer sheets when fluffing your pillows. Watch out for Amazon delivery as they delivered two pillows with two separate drivers and one did not follow the delivery hours and left them behind the closed store at 7:45 am. Called neighboring store to pick them up and save them for me.

It had plenty of stuffing and even came with extra that I probably will not use. I put the pillow in the dryer for about 15 minutes and it was nice and poofy. The only downside to this pillow is that it has a chemical smell that has not gone away in the few days I’ve used it.

I am a side sleeper and a back sleeper and could not get relief until I got this pillow. The price tag is worth it! Highly recommend!

Content: UPDATED REVIEW: This pillow is weird. It’s comfortable, but it’s not at the same time. I’ve been sleeping on this for about a week and I just can't tell if I like it. I tried to give it a chance, I adjusted the stuffing multiple times to what I thought would be right for me, but it’s just too soft. I guess I discovered that I like my pillow to have a slight firmness to it. This is way too mushy/soft, it’s like putting your head on a bean bag chair but with memory foam filling. Your head just sinks down. It’s “supportive” but it just doesn’t feel right. You know how when you squish an orbeez ball/bunch of orbeez and the inside just spreads to the other sides that are currently not being squished? Look it up if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it feels like that. Maybe you’ll like that but I don’t. Personally I like to fold my pillow sometimes to give it more height but this does not allow for that, when you fold it and put your head down on it, it just mushes down at the impact of your head and the stuffing will kind of “push” around to the other sides. Its very comfortable to lay down on as it doesn’t cause any neck or back issues which is a huge plus, it’s just not my cup of tea. Kind of satisfied for $80. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was originally gonna post the review last night with pictures shortly after receiving the product and absolutely rip them a new one because I was so disappointed. HOWEVER, after the product FULLY fluffed (after adding ALL the stuffing and manually fluffing it… then waiting like 30 minutes for it to completely fluff up) and I slept on it through the night, I have no issues other than it being flat as hell when it arrived and having to use all of the included stuffing. Bummer. The pillow and the stuffing are very soft, it had no smell like others have reported (thankfully,) the support is dangerously comfortable for all levels of sleepers (I adjust a lot in my sleep, side, back, stomach).. I almost didn’t get out of bed this morning.. and I kept it fully stuffed. Your head sinks right in but not in a bad, non supportive way as it still offers the optimal amount of support for your neck, back, shoulders, etc. Complaint: The pillow was BARELY half an inch thin straight out of the package, it was folded up, flat, and there was hardly enough stuffing to consider it a “normal” pillow. Mad disappointing. At first I thought I was robbed and payed $50 for a flat ass pillow and $30 for stuffing. I had to add ALL of the stuffing to make it decently sized and it took forever for it to fluff up and do its thing. Do not believe what you see in the video(s) and pictures from however many years ago, that is not the same product as today. It does not come vehemently filled to the brim with the stuffing and does not “inflate” like that out of the box, or after manually fluffing it. If you add all of the stuffing that comes in the packaging, you maybe will get lucky.

I guess I discovered that I like my pillow to have a slight firmness to it. This is way too mushy/soft, it’s like putting your head on a bean bag chair but with memory foam filling. You know how when you squish an orbeez ball/bunch of orbeez and the inside just spreads to the other sides that are currently not being squished? Look it up if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it feels like that. Maybe you’ll like that but I don’t. Content: I’m happy with the comfort of this pillow. My neck sat well into the curve and I was able to sleep well with having my neck pain eased. It had plenty of stuffing and even came with extra that I probably will not use. I put the pillow in the dryer for about 15 minutes and it was nice and poofy. The only downside to this pillow is that it has a chemical smell that has not gone away in the few days I’ve used it.

It did leak inside the box, but the pillow was wrapped very tightly and shrink wrapped, so it did not damage the pillow or the additional or extra stuffing. I’m not sure why a delivery person would deliver. Something like that with the possibility that the product is damaged. But they did.

I am a side sleeper and a back sleeper and could not get relief until I got this pillow. The price tag is worth it! It is supportive but soft enough to be comfortable for my ear and I appreciate the ability to add more stuffing or remove if needed. It has been a number of months and it still remains supportive. Highly recommend!

Content: UPDATED REVIEW: This pillow is weird. It’s comfortable, but it’s not at the same time. I’ve been sleeping on this for about a week and I just can't tell if I like it. I tried to give it a chance, I adjusted the stuffing multiple times to what I thought would be right for me, but it’s just too soft. I guess I discovered that I like my pillow to have a slight firmness to it. This is way too mushy/soft, it’s like putting your head on a bean bag chair but with memory foam filling. Your head just sinks down. It’s “supportive” but it just doesn’t feel right. You know how when you squish an orbeez ball/bunch of orbeez and the inside just spreads to the other sides that are currently not being squished? Look it up if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it feels like that. Maybe you’ll like that but I don’t. Personally I like to fold my pillow sometimes to give it more height but this does not allow for that, when you fold it and put your head down on it, it just mushes down at the impact of your head and the stuffing will kind of “push” around to the other sides. Its very comfortable to lay down on as it doesn’t cause any neck or back issues which is a huge plus, it’s just not my cup of tea. Kind of satisfied for $80. Your head sinks right in but not in a bad, non supportive way as it still offers the optimal amount of support for your neck, back, shoulders, etc. Complaint: The pillow was BARELY half an inch thin straight out of the package, it was folded up, flat, and there was hardly enough stuffing to consider it a “normal” pillow. Mad disappointing. At first I thought I was robbed and payed $50 for a flat ass pillow and $30 for stuffing. I had to add ALL of the stuffing to make it decently sized and it took forever for it to fluff up and do its thing. Do not believe what you see in the video(s) and pictures from however many years ago, that is not the same product as today. It does not come vehemently filled to the brim with the stuffing and does not “inflate” like that out of the box, or after manually fluffing it. If you add all of the stuffing that comes in the packaging, you maybe will get lucky.

It supports your neck sleeping on your side or back comfortably. Filling retains its shape. Easy to adjust filling, if you need more or less. And comes with extra filling.
Title: Quality, Full Luxury Pillow
Content: Comes out of the box and packaging limp, as if there is no filling. Don’t add the extra filling yet! Let it sit for an hour and for the filling inside to rise. It’s a very plush and full pillow but not firm. Your head sinks into it at just the right height without feeling flat. No morning neck or head aches. Feels like a luxury pillow from a luxurious hotel. Quality stitching/quilting and zipper. We did not need the extra filling but appreciate that it is provided for future use if/when needed. The whole family has one.
Title: Amazing, comfortable and supportive
Content: Best pillow I have bought and I’ve bought many expensive pillows but non have been as amazing as this one. I bought two a month ago and then bought again for my other place. The smell goes away when adding a couple of dryer sheets when fluffing your pillows. Watch out for Amazon delivery as they delivered two pillows with two separate drivers and one did not follow the delivery hours and left them behind the closed store at 7:45 am. Called neighboring store to pick them up and save them for me.

Content: I’m happy with the comfort of this pillow. My neck sat well into the curve and I was able to sleep well with having my neck pain eased. It had plenty of stuffing and even came with extra that I probably will not use. I put the pillow in the dryer for about 15 minutes and it was nice and poofy. The only downside to this pillow is that it has a chemical smell that has not gone away in the few days I’ve used it.

Content: I have purchased this pillow three times. The first pillow was left at a hotel. I was very sad because this is the only pillow that I found that provides me with the customized support that I need. I sleep on my side and the ability to add or remove the shredded memory foam is very key to me. There are other pillows like this on the market, but this is the only one that truly provides the type of support a side sleeper like me needs. It does not turn into a pancake after several hours of sleep. It does not sag in the middle like other pillows that I’ve had that have shredded memory. It does not get hot during the night and caused me to sweat. I truly is a very good pillow. The delivery of the product was really shameful. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t allow you to state the problem with the delivery. Only whether it was good or bad and whether you want to return the product. My box showed up full of some slimy what I think or hope with shampoo covering it. It did leak inside the box, but the pillow was wrapped very tightly and shrink wrapped, so it did not damage the pillow or the additional or extra stuffing. I’m not sure why a delivery person would deliver. Something like that with the possibility that the product is damaged. But they did.
Title: Love this pillow! Side sleeper
Content: I initially purchased this pillow to help relieve my upper back and neck pain I woke up with in the morning. I am a side sleeper and a back sleeper and could not get relief until I got this pillow. The price tag is worth it! It is supportive but soft enough to be comfortable for my ear and I appreciate the ability to add more stuffing or remove if needed. It has been a number of months and it still remains supportive. Highly recommend!

Content: Absolutely love this pillow, it’s supportive, it doesn’t go flat, but yet very soft, I followed the instructions as soon as I opened the box, in the dryer for 15 min on low, and as soon as I took it out, I put a pillowcase, and used it, it’s a dream ♥️ am getting another one 😋

Content: UPDATED REVIEW: This pillow is weird. It’s comfortable, but it’s not at the same time. I’ve been sleeping on this for about a week and I just can't tell if I like it. I tried to give it a chance, I adjusted the stuffing multiple times to what I thought would be right for me, but it’s just too soft. I guess I discovered that I like my pillow to have a slight firmness to it. This is way too mushy/soft, it’s like putting your head on a bean bag chair but with memory foam filling. Your head just sinks down. It’s “supportive” but it just doesn’t feel right. You know how when you squish an orbeez ball/bunch of orbeez and the inside just spreads to the other sides that are currently not being squished? Look it up if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it feels like that. Maybe you’ll like that but I don’t. Personally I like to fold my pillow sometimes to give it more height but this does not allow for that, when you fold it and put your head down on it, it just mushes down at the impact of your head and the stuffing will kind of “push” around to the other sides. Its very comfortable to lay down on as it doesn’t cause any neck or back issues which is a huge plus, it’s just not my cup of tea. Kind of satisfied for $80. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was originally gonna post the review last night with pictures shortly after receiving the product and absolutely rip them a new one because I was so disappointed. HOWEVER, after the product FULLY fluffed (after adding ALL the stuffing and manually fluffing it… then waiting like 30 minutes for it to completely fluff up) and I slept on it through the night, I have no issues other than it being flat as hell when it arrived and having to use all of the included stuffing. Bummer. The pillow and the stuffing are very soft, it had no smell like others have reported (thankfully,) the support is dangerously comfortable for all levels of sleepers (I adjust a lot in my sleep, side, back, stomach).. I almost didn’t get out of bed this morning.. and I kept it fully stuffed. Your head sinks right in but not in a bad, non supportive way as it still offers the optimal amount of support for your neck, back, shoulders, etc. Complaint: The pillow was BARELY half an inch thin straight out of the package, it was folded up, flat, and there was hardly enough stuffing to consider it a “normal” pillow. Mad disappointing. At first I thought I was robbed and payed $50 for a flat ass pillow and $30 for stuffing. I had to add ALL of the stuffing to make it decently sized and it took forever for it to fluff up and do its thing. Do not believe what you see in the video(s) and pictures from however many years ago, that is not the same product as today. It does not come vehemently filled to the brim with the stuffing and does not “inflate” like that out of the box, or after manually fluffing it. If you add all of the stuffing that comes in the packaging, you maybe will get lucky.

Content: Came across their top rating in Consumer reports. I was worried that the high price tag would be unwarranted. But the ability to adjust it several times to perfection was a huge plus, and there is something very special about the stuffing. It is so comfortable that it borders on sensual. Far and away the most pleasant pillow experience I've ever had. This is a quality item, big time.
