I have a two level disc replacement (C5-6 and C6-7) and out side of sleeping in the recliner this was how I was able to easily transition to sleeping back in my bed again. Since surgery I have to sleep with my neck brace on, and the foam accommodates well for that. I’ve slept soundly every night I’ve had it. I have a two level disc replacement (C5-6 and C6-7) and out side of sleeping in the recliner this was how I was able to easily transition to sleeping back in my bed again. Since surgery I have to sleep with my neck brace on, and the foam accommodates well for that. I’ve slept soundly every night I’ve had it. Content: Just as described, nice quality, no plastic odor. Got this as my shoulder troubles are terrible trying to sleep. It's nice and soft and keeps me elevated perfectly. I do somehow, slide downward a little on it during the night but the cushion itself doesn't move at all. The half round pillows are very good for added neck and arm support. The adjustability is well thought out. I expect there are some movies on the couch in its future! I'm quite pleased!

Content: I had shoulder surgery that prevented me from laying flat in bed, so this wedge was an alternative to sleeping in my recliner. You can adjust the angle to several different pitches and the small almost useless pillow adjusts up and down the wedge too. If you need to sleep in an elevated position in bed, I recommend buying a second wedge to put under your knees to all night comfort. The pillow appears to be a memory foam type filling with a textured cover, there are a few Velcro attachment points to secure the two piece wedge pieces and the pillow. This pillow work fairly well, has good support but I think it could be a few inches wider to accommodate people with larger upper bodies. I recommend this pillow for a temporary sleep aid if you need to be in an elevated position.

Content: This was an absolute must after cervical spine surgery. I have a two level disc replacement (C5-6 and C6-7) and out side of sleeping in the recliner this was how I was able to easily transition to sleeping back in my bed again. The foam is so comfortable, it’s just firm enough to stabilize you but soft and moldable via the high quality memory foam used. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat. Since surgery I have to sleep with my neck brace on, and the foam accommodates well for that. I’ve slept soundly every night I’ve had it. I also love how I can move the pieces around based on what position best fits my needs. Honestly, look no further, this is a game changer, and worth every penny spent.

Content: The design of this pillow is great. The fault of this pillow is the material it is made of and foam used for the pillow. I bought this because I needed to elevate my leg after surgery. It worked well until the pillow filling start to lose its firmness would no longer support the weight of my leg. The second fault is the material it is made from. It is not durable. The Velcro tabs grab the fabric and snag. So, I am giving the design 4 stars and the rest 3.
