I wanted to refresh my set in order to cycle them to the wash and I can't believe how disappointed I am! Loft? What loft. They are flattened and sealed for shipping, and I know to open them and run them in the dryer with some tennis balls or.... this reshapes and adds the air back. I have done this for countless pillow purchases here. Placed them in pillowcases ready for the night and was quite astonished when I went to bed and literally there was no pillow. I have spent the last week trying everything I can think of, but quite frankly, they are just not filled to a point where they would do anyone any good. This is the first Utopia purchase I have not bragged on endlessly. So sad.

They are semi-soft. They offer the right amount of firmness for your neck and the right amount of flexibility for everything else. All together I bought 6 and all were the same size and shape once the suction wrap air un inflated them. I did place in the dryer for about 20 minutes to make sure all were uniformly wrinkle free.
