The pins themselves have ridges that dug into my skin in my fingers because I had to press and turn them and work hard at it to get them to go into the thick carpet. It took 10 minutes to actually hang the LED Strip itself and well over two hours to install all these pins. Out of the 100 in the pack, I used all but five because those five bent. I will update my review if I have any issues with them not holding. For now I am very pleased with them.

If you screw these in the sheet, on the bottom of the bed, they work pretty good but if you put them in on the side they gradually unscrew so you have to watch them before they come out but they stay if you put them underneath. Much happier.
