Featuring a delicate ecru color and intricate floral patterns, this three-piece king-sized set blends timeless charm with modern elegance. Made entirely of breathable cotton, the bedspread offers comfort and durability, making it a versatile addition that complements various décor styles while ensuring restful nights. **Advantages** 1. Elegant Design: The antique rose pattern combined with ecru coloring imparts a vintage aesthetic that enhances any room's décor. 2. Heirloom Quality: Constructed with meticulous attention to detail, the bedspread holds up well over time. 3. Versatile Use: It's not just for your bed—perfect as a sofa cover, adding a cohesive look in open spaces like living rooms. 4. Breathable Cotton Fabric: Ensures comfort, making it suitable for all seasons and an ideal choice for those who prefer natural materials. 5. Lightweight Yet Durable: Despite being lightweight, the material holds up against daily use and even pets. 6. Fits King Beds Generously: Its large size ensures it covers beds well, neatly draping to the floor for a sophisticated look. 7. Multiple Uses: Pillow shams can double as crate covers, making it pet-friendly. 8. Easy Maintenance: Machine washable, although due to its size, may require special attention during drying. 9. Scalloped Edges: Adds a decorative touch, enhancing the overall appearance of the room. 10. Cost-Effective: Offers great quality at an affordable price, making it a valuable investment for your home. **Disadvantages** 1. Potential Shrinkage: A slight shrinkage may occur after washing, as noted by some customers. 2. Drying Challenges: It may take extra effort to fully dry due to its size and cotton material. 3. Size Limitations for Washers: Requires a large capacity washer and dryer. 4. Initial Misleading Color Impressions: Online images may not perfectly match the actual color. 5. Confusion in Product Listings: Can be confused with quilts in online marketplaces due to similar appearance but different measurements. 6. Limited Pattern Choices: Some may desire more patterns or colors beyond the antique rose theme. 7. Requires Delicate Washing: To maintain quality over time, gentle cycles in washing are recommended. 8. Not Ideal for Everyone’s Style: Though elegant, the vintage style might not appeal to those preferring modern designs. 9. Slight Fading Over Time: Some charm in vintage style might be lost if fading is not preferred. 10. Potential Fabric Wear: The batting inside may wear over time with regular laundering. **Conclusion** The Greenland Home Antique Rose Bedspread Set is a perfect fusion of timeless charm and practical utility. Its intricate design and heirloom quality make it an exquisite choice for homeowners seeking a blend of elegance and functionality. While there are minor drawbacks, such as maintenance and size challenges, the bedspread stands as a cost-effective, stylish, and comfortable choice for enhancing home décor. **FAQ** 1. **Is the bedspread machine washable?** - Yes, it's machine washable, but due to its size, you may need to adjust its position in the dryer for even drying. 2. **What differentiates a quilt from a bedspread in Greenland Home products?** - Bedspreads are typically larger and lighter compared to quilts. Measurements are key to distinguishing them. 3. **Can it fit on different bed sizes?** - The King size is generous enough to fit over large beds and is suitable for use on smaller beds with a floor-length drape. 4. **Is it available in different colors?** - This specific product features an antique rose design on an ecru background, but color preference would best align with the specific product line availability. 5. **Will the colors fade after washing?** - While some fading is possible, many users believe it adds to its vintage charm. 6. **Does it come with matching pillow shams?** - Yes, the set includes matching king-sized pillow shams for a complete look. 7. **Is it suitable for use as a sofa cover?** - Absolutely, it's often praised for its adaptability as a stylish sofa cover. 8. **How does it hold up with pets?** - Its durable cotton fabric makes it resistant to wear from pets, and it's easily washable for pet-related messes. 9. **Does it require ironing after washing?** - Not necessarily. The material typically retains its texture without needing ironing, though lightly pressing the edges can enhance its neat appearance. 10. **Is it hypoallergenic?** - Made from 100% cotton, it’s a good choice for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies to synthetic fabrics.

Title: Love these bedspreads!
Content: The media could not be loaded. I've always purchased Greenland quilts because they are so pretty, hold up really well, good price, and dare I say it? Made with COTTON! They also work extremely well as SOFA covers, as we have anywhere from 3 to 6 fur babies at any given time. Being a rescuer means giving up on some things... like keeping your house decorated as you want, being able to sit in your favorite spot, and expecting your furniture to be fur free. Most sofa covers don't cover our large reclining sofas, and those that do, come in so many pieces and stretch so badly, that the material is bunched up underneath your blue jeans constantly! Talk about uncomfortable. The worst is the static cling on those things! In the dry winter we would take turns playing musical chairs to see who would sit first, and get shocked first. The dogs were smarter than us on that front. Enter the GREENLAND ANTIQUE ROSE IN BLUE, COTTON BEDSPREAD. I've always just bought the quilts (yes, there's a HUGE difference between quilt and spread), before and loved them, but they were not quite wide enough to go over the arms of the sofas, so I used the pillow shams as arm covers. That worked good enough, but I had other plans for these. In this last year we adopted a doxie pup paralyzed from the waist down with IVDD stage 5, gulp! We worked hard getting her back walking, but it meant making some changes in the house as well. Ramps, security tape on the floors, anything to prevent jumping up or down, slipping and re-injuring. The covers we had were those staticky clings, and because they were for reclining sofas, didn't cover the gaps between sofa seats. These could cause a disabled dog to get a foot hung and reinjure the back again. I was also looking for something that would decor match in my open kitchen, dining and living area. Most poly covers only come in solids, or not so nice looking patterns. This beautiful blue bedspread is what I would call Robin's egg blue! A gorgeous mix between green and blue and with the perfect color of pink, light red, red and dark red roses to match a reclining chair cover in dark red. In some photos The color of the roses looked too pink to me. Happily that turned out not to be the case. A little bit of gold and green in small quantities to set the major colors off. The quilts are heavier which I think will last longer under sitting backsides, but this lighter weight bedspread is so huge in the king that it covers everything on each sofa except for the very bottom half sides. That's no big deal to me as one has pull out knobs anyway, and the other has power remotes I can hide. I wanted as much coverage as I could get and these work great for me. The cotton is so breathable and comfortable, sometimes I fall asleep where I'm reclining and don't wake up for a couple hours. Oh, and the king size pillow shams? As you can tell from my photos, I'm using them as my disabled pups crate bed covers. The 24x36 crate pad fits perfectly inside the king size pillow sham and I now have change outs. No more paws slipping into seat cracks, washable from any crumbs, doggy sneezes, and just goes in the wash/dry. I will say one of these long bedspreads is all you can fit in a large washer, and in my large dryer, I have to re-adjust and position damp spots when it's time is up. Small price to pay as this thing is that big! For its size it's pretty lightweight, just look at measurement difference between quilt and spread! You won't be disappointed in this bedspread if you love the look and feel of cotton quilts, yet prefer a lighter weight. You can tell the fuzzy wuzzies love them! If one vacates the covered cushion, another fills it's spot immediately. Lol. The scalloped edges look beautiful and add a finishing touch along the bottoms. I'm pleased so far, and they've went a long way in making a cohesive decorating look between my dining, kitchen, and living room areas. They look great with the runner rug I purchased from Amazon too, cut in half, applied liquid fray check and stapled to the ramps! If I'm going to have pet ramps and gates everywhere, I at least wanted to keep it looking like a home as opposed to a pet hospital. Thanks to these beautiful bedspreads, I feel so much better about the look of our home. One more thing to add. There can be confusion between the quilt and the bedspread. Comparing prices online brought this to my attention, as sometimes the spread can be listed as a quilt. There's a sure way to tell the difference with Greenland and it's the size. The bedspreads are always bigger than the quilts. Check those measurements, and buy!

Title: Remember - It's a bedspread, not average quilt & it's gorgeous!
Content: I purchased the queen size bedspread in blue and it truly adds a Shabby Chic quality to the bedroom. The blue is soft, quite like a "Robin Egg" blue which is what I was looking for. The flowers are a mix of antique rose & peach/pink flowers and muted greens. The reverse side is lighter with predominent colors or yellow/cream/peach-pink. I'd love to see this pattern quilt be offered in colors without the antique rose tones - instead using the colors of a blush toned pinks, white, cream, gray-blue, & soft peach. They'd never be able to keep in stock, imo! This is a true bedspread size meant to totally cover your bedding. Note the measurements at 110x118 inches. My queen bed with frame and boxspring sits at 28" high. This bedspread will cover down to almost the floor. I use a ruffled bedskirt, which does show at the bottom. You can tuck the bottom corners, if you like. For the pricepoint, the quality is spot on. The shams are standard size with the Queen. They have a cotton batting inside on the front, so use delicate washing since that will be the first to wear. I bought an extra set to have on hand. The bedspread washes nicely, but note it will take some time to dry. Not a big deal. I washed this on warm the first wash to thoroughly clean it and "normal" heat to dry. It may have shrunk a inch or two which for this size is not remotely an issue. It did not fade, but fading will add to it's charm. If this is your style, I highly recommend it. This seller does not disappoint. As long as they keep this quality at current price points ( Queen was under$100), I'd say they are one of the better trusted brands on Amazon.

Title: So so pretty
Content: This bedspread is awesome. It gives me a sense of peace, quiet and tranquility when I walk into my bedroom. It's also very pretty, and elegant. It fits perfect on my queen size bed, hangs all the way to the floor with my box spring and 14" mattress. I also bought the shams, valance, the throw blanket, and decorative pillows to match. This bedspread is made very well, it's also a warm blanket if you use it for that. I don't use mine I have a separate blanket for sleeping. My cats are usually the ones to blame when it comes to snags, or rips, because they have claws and play like crazy cats, and there is no snags or rips in it yet and I've had it now for probably 6 months. So it is not an easy material to ruin, it holds up to my naughty cats and that says a lot. This bedspread is so worth the money, I almost bought one from a Touch of Class, that was 3 times the price for there bedding with the same pattern, but slightly different color. So this bedding and all the matching items is well worth the money.

Content: This is not usually my vibe, but I was looking for a new bed set for a spare bedroom. This jumped up & grabbed my attention, plus it was on sell!!!! Great value!!! It’s REALLY pretty! Lots of unexpected details. Hopefully, you can see them in my photos. It’s reversible, has an inlaid pattern around the edge like a homemade quilt, the pillow shams have the same inlay, as well as the ruffled edges, it’s long enough that adjust ruffle isn’t needed, and the corners give a draped look. I’m currently using olive sheets, but have a darkish rose set ordered. I put blankets of similar color to the sheets on the bed, to show how pretty the rich colored sheets look w/ the bedspread. I slept in here last night. It’s super comfy. Just the right weight. If you get chilly in the winter, you could add a blanket underneath. My husband hadn’t seen it out of the package, and usually doesn’t get excited about bedding and such! He just walked in, saw it on the bed for photos, and with unusual gusto said, “Oh, I like that!” Score one for me!
