I went into the room at night not to sleep but to read and do my praying and and stuff like that where I wanted to be alone sitting on my bed I had my hands on the coverlet for quite some time and I got to know the spread well. I am very pleased with the purchase here as I said this gray color that I purchased is a deep before buying this I had just bought some new sheets they also were gray but not dark dark gray. The two go together beautifully I added a couple of pillows that I think would go and voila match made in heaven. The lightweight is great for some people but I find it not strong enough to hold me down. As I move very little during the night it keeps lifting up and shifting. I find I have to tuck it in before I go to sleep looks like heck but who cares during the wee hours of the night?

I find I have to tuck it in before I go to sleep looks like heck but who cares during the wee hours of the night?

It's thin, it's a coverlet so I kinda expected that, but it's maybe a cm thick. It's softish, but has this 'dry' slightly roughened texture that feels like it's going to dry out your skin. It's also just kinda stiff and the material doesn't flow very well. It awkwardly moves and bunches up when you try to do the lift and shake out thing. The seller and other reviewers state that it's warm.....I don't know what climate they live in but it's not one that is currently experiencing winter, or fall. I bought it as a top shell layer for my other blankets and a splash of color in my room and it serves that purpose but it's not great nor worthy of all the 4-5 star reviews.

Content: Photos always make colors seem more bright but these are really as vibrant as the photo! I needed a new coverlet for my eggplant sheets as the purple onesies them look dull and lifeless. I think the tomatillo completely freshens and revitalizes my bed. I’ve used them about a week, and they don’t wrinkle badly, plus they are the perfect weight for those soul-crushing Texas summers! They are soft, the perfect level of thickness, and the stitching pattern is beautiful!

I think it would work well as an extra blanket for guests during colder months, as it's not thick enough to be used in place of a comforter. Let's see if it holds up after a few washes. Content: Pleasantly surprised with this purchase. The color is absolutely stunning & the stitching is beautiful. It has held up to daily use & my three cats. It seems to repel their fur, which is a big bonus! I wash it a few times a month but it hasn’t faded or frayed & all of the stitching is intact, even with cats running across it. The queen size fits just fine in my regular size top-loading washer. It gets a bit staticky in the dryer, so I pull it out when it’s still a bit damp & let it finish air drying on my bed. I’ve seen this bedspread in many tv shows & movies & it always makes me smile. Maybe not the exact same brand but who knows! I might buy a few more in different colors just to change things up - it’s cheap enough that I can justify it :)

Content: The quilt is light weight, which is exactly what we wanted. However, if you prefer a more weighted bed covering, you might want to add a second blanket. We used the quilt for a spread and it was perfect. The sizing of the quilt is very good for a spread and strikes below the bottom of the bed frame enhancing use as a spread. Nice quality. I would buy again.

Content: This gray is a beautiful color - It's rich and deep.. I was pleasantly surprised at the touch. It's so soft and it sounds corny and overused but it feels soft. I had someone staying at my house for a while and I used my bedroom as a hideaway. I went into the room at night not to sleep but to read and do my praying and and stuff like that where I wanted to be alone sitting on my bed I had my hands on the coverlet for quite some time and I got to know the spread well. I am very pleased with the purchase here as I said this gray color that I purchased is a deep before buying this I had just bought some new sheets they also were gray but not dark dark gray. The two go together beautifully I added a couple of pillows that I think would go and voila match made in heaven. The lightweight is great for some people but I find it not strong enough to hold me down. As I move very little during the night it keeps lifting up and shifting. I find I have to tuck it in before I go to sleep looks like heck but who cares during the wee hours of the night?
