Anyway I sent it back however I tried it out just to see if I would like to order some more in different colors to try out. You know how colors on your screen can look different in person. I plan on sleeping under this as a blanket not just using it as a bedspread. Due to some health issues it's best for me not to have too many layers so I don't use a top sheet or any blankets or comforters that feel too heavy. I sleep directly under my blanket. I sleep in a room that tends to be about 62 to 65 at night so anything thicker than this would be too warm. This was the perfect weight. I hardly even knew it was there but it provided just enough warmth. Also another thing I test for is ease of turning over under it. If I have to fight with it it's a no-go. This blanket was not an issue in that regard. I kind of like the fact that it doesn't have any actual thread stitches on it since my dog gets up on the bed with me and her little nails won't be able to prick and snag any stitches. It is really light weight, it's very hot and humid right now so goung naked is even hot but once this high humidity goes away it will be great. It's very soft. Content: I ordered the honey ginger but I got what looks like the red orange or a burnt orange so I don't know for sure if I got sent the wrong one or if that's just how the honey ginger looks in person. Anyway I sent it back however I tried it out just to see if I would like to order some more in different colors to try out. You know how colors on your screen can look different in person. I plan on sleeping under this as a blanket not just using it as a bedspread. Due to some health issues it's best for me not to have too many layers so I don't use a top sheet or any blankets or comforters that feel too heavy. I sleep directly under my blanket. I sleep in a room that tends to be about 62 to 65 at night so anything thicker than this would be too warm. This was the perfect weight. I hardly even knew it was there but it provided just enough warmth. Also another thing I test for is ease of turning over under it. If I have to fight with it it's a no-go. This blanket was not an issue in that regard. I kind of like the fact that it doesn't have any actual thread stitches on it since my dog gets up on the bed with me and her little nails won't be able to prick and snag any stitches. Since I sent this one back and I'm awaiting the order of some more in different colors I cannot speak to the longevity or how it holds up in washings. At this price point I am happy if it even only just last year though. It's not like a $200 comforter or something.
