Halfway through the drying cycle I opened the dryer to check on the lint filter and it was completely full and coming out the top. I emptied the lint filter and at the end of the cycle again it was completely full and bulging out the top. This is absolutely normal people! The best thing to do is wash it and dry it about three times in a row before even putting it on your bed to lessen the shedding. You will get some fuzzies on your clothing. But if any of you have a cat or a dog, you know all about shedding and the same way it’s normal for the pet to shed and you tolerate the shedding for that it’s very normal for a Chenille bedspread to shed and whether you want to tolerate that is up to you. I think it’s absolutely beautiful and well worth the price. The only reason I am returning it is because I’m very sensitive to feeling the fuzzies on my nose and if I’ve got it up around my neck at night I will definitely be getting fuzzies itching my nose during my sleep which is not good . The only reason I am returning it is because I’m very sensitive to feeling the fuzzies on my nose and if I’ve got it up around my neck at night I will definitely be getting fuzzies itching my nose during my sleep which is not good . The best thing to do is wash it and dry it about three times in a row before even putting it on your bed to lessen the shedding. You will get some fuzzies on your clothing. But if any of you have a cat or a dog, you know all about shedding and the same way it’s normal for the pet to shed and you tolerate the shedding for that it’s very normal for a Chenille bedspread to shed and whether you want to tolerate that is up to you. The only reason I am returning it is because I’m very sensitive to feeling the fuzzies on my nose and if I’ve got it up around my neck at night I will definitely be getting fuzzies itching my nose during my sleep which is not good . I’ve had two of these before when I was younger and I don’t remember being sensitive to feeling the fuzzies on my nose, but I guess at my age I don’t put up with a whole lot anymore. Otherwise, I would’ve kept it and been very happy with my purchase .

Content: Love this Bedspread yes it sheds when drying to start with this is very normal with 100% cotton bedspread. Why this is so shocking to the other reviews I don't really understand as this is normal for this type of 100% cotton bedspread . Easy fix wash and dry it alone and empty lint trap on dryer a few times as it dries . Ours is washed and dried every week and now I no longer have to empty lint trap a few times just once after its dried.
