I haven't had much luck with these throws surviving more than a wash or two and I don't really expect them to handle a washing machine, but the fabric on this throw will hold up well with washing so it will still have some utility after the electrical wires fail. I save money using electric blankets and throws. It doesn't get so cold here that it is life threatening but when there is a chill, rather than turn on the heat, I can just curl up with a blanket and be perfectly comfy. So far, I have only needed to use my heater in the wee hours of the morning when I swear there must be ice outside, lol.

Content: I never write reviews but this blanket was a perfect size for me, it works through the night and heats up within seconds of powering on ! My room gets super cold and I’m glad I spent the money. I Do have to say it’s worth the price and is definitely worth a try !

Content: It took forever to arrive as it came from China. Definitely air out for a few days before use has a weird smell it was vacuum sealed. Came with a bunch of warnings that initially scared me. It doesn’t get too hot like I was hoping. It’s like medium temp when on high even. Works on cold nights but not when is freezing. It doesn’t weigh much and it’s nice and soft. The color and texture is nice. Not sure about durability just be careful of the wires.

Content: This is one of my favorite purchases that I didn't know I needed (considering I live in FL). Got it for my dog who has arthritis, but I steal it from him on the chilly days/nights. Good size, medium weight, easy LCD controls, soft fabric with "velvet" on one side and "sherpa" on the other. It heats up to #10 - but 5 is very nice. It also allows for various time settings and then turns off. Would highly recommend. Looks exactly like the photo. I haven't washed it yet though.

Content: Came in just as described but exceeded my expectations! I have searched for a nice cozy heating throw at a budget price, which is tricky. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. However, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! The sherpa is so soft and adds that extra layer, so that it's not too heavy but not too light either. It's the perfect size for cuddling up with my pups on the couch. I don't know who loves it more, me or the doggies! I love the multiple heat levels, allowing me to find just the right temperature but its also simple to work with just few buttons and of course the auto shut off timer is a plus and gives peace of mind when dozing off for a long winter's nap!

Content: I originally bought this blanket to use at work as a way to wrap around my back and neck after a car accident left me sore. The blanket's heat was amazing! It heats up quickly and the high temperature was perfect for relieving the aches and pains of sore muscles. The timer offers a variety of options so it will shut off after 1 hour up to 8 hours. It is soft and luxurious on one side, with warm sherpa on the other. Once I brought the blanket home, my children confiscated it to use in their reading nook where they curled up in it and enjoyed hours of reading good books. Next, my older one wanted one for her bed, she likes heating up the sheets before going to sleep and it works perfectly for this. So I ended up buying two more of these blankets. (We even had one of our girls talk her grandparents into buying her the full size version of this blanket which she LOVES having on her bed.) All the blankets are still working great even after being used for several months and being enjoyed by kids (and pets) alike. The features we love are how quickly it heats up, the warmest temperature is warm and relaxing, there are a variety of temperature settings to find the one you prefer, and there are many choices of timers for having the blanket automatically shut off, in case you forget to turn it off when you are done. It's soft and cozy and seems to be of great quality. We are very happy with this blanket!

Content: The sherpa fleece size is fluffy and thick. The top is a very soft and plush furry fleece. The controller is easy to use, and the numbers are huge, so they are easy to read without glasses. The low setting is barely warm while the highest setting is super-hot, lol. I hope it is never so cold here that I need to use the highest setting. I thought I read that the time runs for 10 hours, but it clearly says 8 on the controller. That time is adjustable, but it cannot be overridden. I thought I was buying a cheap item, but this is not a cheap looking throw. The fabric is very nice on both sides and the wiring is hefty enough to take a little abuse.
