## Introduction Are you tired of restless nights and looking for a solution to improve your sleep quality? The Yescool Weighted Blanket for Adults, weighing 20 pounds and measuring 60” x 80”, could be your answer. Designed for individuals weighing 190-210 lbs, this grey queen-size blanket is not only cooling and comforting but also machine washable, ensuring easy maintenance while providing premium comfort with its high-quality glass bead filling. ## Advantages 1. **Improved Sleep Quality**: Many users have reported significant improvement in the quality of their sleep, experiencing longer and deeper rest periods. 2. **Silent Design**: Unlike some weighted blankets that shift and make noise, this one is notably silent due to its design and quality materials. 3. **Versatile Use**: The blanket is valued for both lounging and sleeping, providing comfort in multiple settings. 4. **Durable Build**: It's crafted to withstand regular use, offering a long-lasting solution to sleep disturbances. 5. **Calming Effect**: Provides a snug, calming sensation similar to a security wrap, aiding in stress and anxiety reduction. 6. **Pet-Friendly**: The fabric seems resilient to pet claws, ensuring longevity even in homes with playful pets. 7. **Aesthetic Variety**: Available in multiple colors, allowing users to choose one that best fits their decor. 8. **Great Value for Money**: Many users appreciate its affordability relative to its benefits and competitors' pricing. 9. **Weight Distribution**: The blanket's design ensures even weight distribution, enhancing its calming effects. 10. **Strength Building**: Surprisingly, having to maneuver the blanket builds muscle strength over time, contributing to health. ## Disadvantages 1. **Challenging for Smaller Washers**: Despite being machine washable, it isn't practical for smaller washing machines due to its heavy weight. 2. **Potential Overheating**: Some users find the blanket too warm, especially during summer months or in already warm climates. 3. **Limited Size for Larger Beds**: While it's marketed for a queen-size bed, some users find the coverage inadequate, especially when sharing a bed. 4. **Difficult to Maneuver**: Moving the blanket, especially during the night, requires effort which might not be convenient for everyone. 5. **Spot Cleaning Preferred**: Due to its weight, users often prefer to spot clean to avoid machine damage. 6. **Pet Hair Magnet**: The fabric attracts pet hair, necessitating regular cleaning, especially in pet-friendly households. 7. **Color Price Variation**: Price varies based on color choice, which may limit options for some buyers. 8. **Initial Adjustment Period**: Users mention an adjustment period required to get used to the blanket's weight. 9. **Weight Limitations**: Suggested only for a specific weight range, making it unsuitable for lighter individuals. 10. **Limited Temperature Control**: Despite being cooling, it might not suit all temperature preferences throughout the year. ## Conclusion The Yescool Weighted Blanket for Adults stands out as a highly beneficial product tailored to enhance users' sleeping experience by offering comfort and calmness through its weighted design. While its advantages make it a compelling purchase for many, prospective buyers should consider its washing and weight features, particularly if they reside in warm climates or share beds. Ultimately, for those in its recommended weight range, the blanket promises to transform restless nights into restful slumbers. ## FAQ 1. **Is the Yescool Weighted Blanket suitable for all seasons?** - While designed to be cooling, it may still be too warm for some users during summer. 2. **How should I wash this weighted blanket?** - It is machine washable, but due to its weight, spot cleaning is often recommended to avoid potential washing machine damage. 3. **Can the blanket help with anxiety or stress?** - Yes, weighted blankets are known for providing a calming effect which can help reduce stress and anxiety. 4. **What should I do if my bed is a size larger than queen?** - Consider purchasing an additional blanket or use it as a personal blanket given the limited coverage on larger beds. 5. **Does the color affect the blanket’s price?** - Yes, prices vary based on the color selected, with some options priced higher. 6. **Will it work if I’m lighter than the recommended weight?** - It's optimized for 190-210 lbs; those lighter may not experience optimal benefits. 7. **Is the blanket noisy when moving around?** - The blanket is designed to be silent, offering a disturbance-free sleep experience. 8. **How long does it take to get used to the weighted sensation?** - Users typically report an adjustment period of a few nights to a week. 9. **Does the blanket come with a warranty or return guarantee?** - Check the retailer or manufacturer policy for warranty details and return guarantees. 10. **Can it withstand pets' claws?** - Yes, the material is durable, but regular checks for fabric wear are advisable.

Title: "queen size" on twin bed, takes EFFORT to move blanket (20 lbs) for 230lb out of shape sleeper
Content: Let me start by saying I actually weigh about 20 pounds more than this blanket is recommended, but my weight is more fluffy (wouldn't say I have muscles at my current 230 pound weight, but that is part of my underway resolution!) I have been using this for 3 weeks, every night. It does take me a good bit of EFFORT to move this blanket around on my twin sized bed. I have included a photo so you can see how little this "queen sized" blanket hangs over the edge of my twin sized bed, for reference. I like that the final surrounding row (pouches in the quilt, if you will) are empty/nearly empty to reduce weight right there (sides, bottom and top, where potentially could be too much weight on neck OR along sides/bottom try to pull the blanket off the bed). In the middle of the night if I wake to go to the bathroom, I do feel like I am getting a mini workout just to leave and re-enter the bed, because of the weight of the blanket. Work stress and life stress with caring for my mom, I'm just not sleeping well and finally decided to get a weighted blanket. I always joked I needed a blanket with chain mail inside, but the expected noise put me off. This says there are glass beads inside (can't tell, but maybe) and there has been no shifting noise at all in the three weeks I have been sleeping with this blanket - SILENT BLANKET. I expected this to feel "snuggly" based on other reviews and other products, but instead I liken it more to the comfort that is given to a pet when you put them in a loud sound (lightening), calming type jacket/wrap. The first night sleeping with this weighted blanket was weird, I may not have moved the entire night (I toss and turn: all over the bed, laying on either side, back and even stomach at times). Using this weighted blanket, I don't get the fake-human comfort another actual person would provide, but then I also don't have to fight them for the covers, space, etc. in the bed. If I were in a larger bed than my twin bed, sharing my bed with another person, each of us would need our own blanket, in my opinion. While in a situation where two people are sharing a normal blanket, the normal blanket lofts over the space between the two people - instead the WEIGHT of THIS blanket is going to bring the blanket down, leaving less usable coverage space between the two people unless they remain co-joined the entire time sleeping, which is very unlikely. They say you can wash this blanket, but I will NEVER do so because of the weight. This will only ever get spot cleaned, not that I have yet gotten anything on m blanket; my blanket remains clean. This blanket weighs 20 pounds, is filled with tiny itty bitty glass beads according to description and feel, and should that break apart in my washing machine, it would be like bringing 20 pounds of sand from the beach and putting it in my washing machine - never going to happen. Washing machines cost too much and a blanket is relatively cheap to replace comparatively. I went with the 20 pound grey color because weirdly different blankets have very different purchase costs both when I bought it 3 weeks ago and still now, gray (on sale right now for $34.99, regularly $45.99) was a lot less than the navy and blue color that would go better with my comforter, but they are asking $58.99, regularly $69.99 for Navy and Blue color, with the top price being $79.99 regularly (rose color isn't on sale, yellow on sale asking $75.99). As you select colors, keep an eye on the SIZE and WEIGHT as there are LOTS of different options so you are comparing similar. It is sort of weird that there are such price differences between fabric colors, most of which are same color on both sides (but not all). Now that I know I really like my blanket, I do wish I had paid more to get colors better suited for my basic bedroom decor, but I told myself 'gray goes with everything' so I know I will just live with this color because it was cheaper. All in all, I am happy. I am definitely spending more time SLEEPING when I'm sleeping, and that was the whole reason I bought this weighted blanket. There have even been a couple of nights where I slept the entire night, not even getting up to go to the bathroom, which I didn't think I was physically capable of doing since it had been so many years getting up at least a couple times each night. I may have the added benefit of building a little more muscle strength using this weighted blanket, but muscles are needed for healthy living, so also a plus. If you are reading this far into my review, then just get it. I'm very satisfied, so I am giving this 5 of 5 stars. Title: Amazing Weighted Blanket
Content: This weighted blanket is amazing! It’s the perfect size and weight. It is also very soft and comfortable. It is great for just lounging on the couch or sleep! The blanket not too heavy to where I can still move around, as I move around quite a bit in my sleep. The color is great and as pictured. It’s a great product for a great price!

Title: Best sleep I've had in years!
Content: I was a bit leery about getting a weighted blanket, but I sure am glad that I did. Being a very restless sleeper typically waking up at least six times every night, it has been nearly impossible for me to get anywhere near a restful night's sleep - until now. With this blanket I go to sleep and stay asleep. My sleep tracker verifies how much better the quality of my sleep has been under this blanket. I wake up refreshed instead of exhausted. If you are hesitant about buying this blanket, don't be. Just do it. You can thank me later. It does claim to be machine washable, but I doubt that even King Kong's washing machine would handle it. Mine is the 19lb one. Feels even heavier. If I have to replace it every 6 months, I won't care. It is well worth it! The quality seems excellent.

Title: Bro, if you're thinking of getting it, do it
Content: Great blanket. Sturdy, but not too thick. I was worried that the pink was going to be weird in person, but the color was perfect. I've had better sleep with it, and my boyfriend has missed a few alarms because of how good his sleep is after using it. It's not soft, more smooth, and it keeps everything else in place when my crackhead cats want to play on the bed (I'm used to them messing up my sheets because of how light my regular blanket is). They like to try to rip at the blanket with their claws, but I haven't seen any signs of snagging on the fabric itself. The stitching on the other hand....not the blanket's fault. Just tweedledum and tweedledee. Overall, a great blanket and great investment. Picks up pet hair like nobody's business, though.

We bought the 20 lb option and it works very well. I am happy with the price, especially with how much she likes it.

In case Amazon comingles my blanket's review, here is my blanket's description: yescool Weighted Blanket for Adults (20 lbs, 60” x 80”, Grey) Cooling Heavy Blanket for Sleeping Perfect for 190-210 lbs, Queen Size Breathable Blanket with Premium Glass Bead, Machine Washable I hope my review helps someone else.

Content: I bought this for a Christmas present and the récipient was so happy with it. The green was the perfect shade, the fabric is nice and soft, and she says she slept very good with it. We bought the 20 lb option and it works very well. I am happy with the price, especially with how much she likes it.
