It comes with a nice pillowcase, but I chose my own plush fluffy one. As a side sleeper, I like to level my shoulder and my hip by throwing my arm and knee over it. It is perfect, and I'd buy again once I wear this one out.

Content: These were easy to prepare. The pillow was thick and the color flowed perfectly with our room Purchased 2 of these one for me and my hubby. This pillow is definitely improved our quality of sleep. I usually have to have a lot of pillows to try to find the balance of support I like. I literally lay on top of the pillow and it keeps its form and goes with the structure of my body.. It has brought both my hubby and I much relief. Henie longer tosses and turn to find comfortability. It does hold a little heat but i fixed it by adding silk or pillow satin cases.
