Content: I actually used these hooks to hang my bedroom curtains from a curtain rod, looping them through my curtain rings, and then slipping the curtain grommets onto these hooks. I find they work exceptionally well for this set up, and this set up allows me to take down and wash my curtains without needing to take the rings off the rod. (My rod is a tension rod, so taking the rings off would require me to take down the rod too.) I had more than enough hooks leftover after hanging up four curtain panels, which is really nice should one hook ever go missing. For the price, I feel that these hooks were a steal.
