Content: We were happy that replacements were so well priced for a multi pack but something is off about the one from the pack. It keeps coming loose during use and we keep having to screw it back on. Bristles are good, strong and we love the overall concept and design of this brush but one malfunctioning replacement head- we weren’t thrilled.

Content: I initially thought these didn't fit the OXO Palm Brush I recently purchased from Amazon, which was frustrating as I love the product. I even filled out a return request. Then I read several customer reviews that all said the same thing - the refills don't fit... but then there was one review that said, it doesn't seem like it fits, but if you really put some muscle behind it - and turn the brush HARD it clicks into place - and it does. It does not go on as easily as the original brush that came with the device. But they will go on.. here is what the other reviewer wrote: "I had the same reaction to other folks here that the replacements didn't fit. But then I looked very closely and found that there is a small plastic nib in the slot into which the thread of the main part should slide. It was on both of the replacements, so I doubted it was a manufacturing error.
