Content: I've been using the standard all clear OXO scubbers for years and on a whim decided to order one of these since my local retailers didnt seem to have stock of the OXOs. Not only does this look better than the standard clear plastic scrubber, the bristles are firmer and more sturdy on this stainless model. The standard ones tend to splay out wide after a bit of time while this model stand more upright and clean better over the long haul. Plus, the refills for the bristles are available in both standard and the more stiff models. Winner winner

Content: I've used a couple different brushes similar to this one and all of them were slightly flawed in one of the following ways: 1) Dispenser slowly leaked soap through the hole at the bottom 2) Dispenser worked great but didn't have interchangeable brush heads, therefore requiring the whole thing to be tossed out after awhile 3) Dispenser needed to be kept almost completely full at all times for the soap to come out when you pressed the rubber button This dispenser takes care of 1 and 2, and partially takes care of number 3. I've been using this in my kitchen for quite awhile now and it has never leaked. The brush heads are a bit soft and smash and wear out slightly faster than normal, but they are replaceable! You do have to keep it about 1/3 full for there to be enough pressure to get the soap to squeeze out, however this is an improvement over any I've used before. One trick you can use is to thin the soap out with a bit of water and then it will work all the way down to almost empty, not that it's a big hassle. The only thing that would be nice is if stiffer brush heads were available. Overall, it's a wonderful product and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Content: I’m not sure what has changed with these, but the sets I have ordered over the last few months get permanently stained and damaged much more easily than this I previously received when ordering this product. Especially given all of the plastic, I’m not excited about having to replace them so frequently…going to give them one more try in case I just got bad batches, but if these don’t have better longevity, I’ll be looking for a different product to help with cleaning dishes.

Content: Not worth it! This is advertised as being a reusable base and all you need to do is replace the brush. Unfortunately the base is not made with quality in mind. I purchased one over a decade ago that was great. Never had any issues until one time I bought replacement brushes and they no longer fit because OXO changed the design slightly. Having gotten so much use out of my original I purchased a new brush figuring it would last. Unfortunalty it didn't even last 10 months before breaking. I figured it was a fluke and bought a new one. Biggest mistake I ever made. The new one didn't even last 4 months before the base broke. Do not buy this product. The plastic will crack and you will be unable to reuse. Total scam!
