Content: I was looking around for something like this and I finally found what I was looking for. This is a quality unit. For one thing, it looks beautiful compared to the other units (brands) that I saw. You can actually see how much soap is in the dispenser and you easily fill it from the top without removing it as it has a wide hole. I have had this for almost a month now without issue. I also bought one for the kitchen. A beautiful blue light lights up when it is activated. It always dispenses the same amount of soap. It has a sensor so it does not have to be touched in any way while dispensing soap. I am using soft soap antibacterial. No problem so far. I do keep it mostly filled up for pressure reasons. It has not failed me once, (either unit). I am very happy with the inset on the back which allows me to hang it safely on a wall with a nail or screw. It is very sturdy that way as you can see in the picture. It can also be easily placed directly on a flat surface but because I do not have a lot of room, I decided to hang it on the wall so I do not knock it over. It will blink red when it is time to exchange the batteries. So far I have not needed to exchange the batteries and I am using simple Amazon batteries that are not alkaline. I will see in the future if that needs to be changed to alkaline. These units work and they are very beautiful. Some of these kinds of units are pretty ugly and a person cannot always see how much soap is in there without opening it up. Not true of these units. They are tall and slender, but not too slender. Tops come in different colors, but I chose something that was shiny metal as I think it looks better. Some people in the reviews have mentioned that they would prefer a charging unit over batteries. Since I have not needed to replace the batteries in a month, I'm not sure that that statement is true. In order to charge it I would have to remove it for several hours as opposed to simply changing the batteries every six months as most reviews say. The only negative side that I see to this unit would be that the battery cover has two screws. Now I'm not telling people to follow my advice but I simply did not screw in the screws very far so they would be very easy to take out. I am not recommending this, but this is something I know that will work for me as the battery covers are not close to the water because I have them hanging above the same way in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Normally I prefer things the charge up, but I'm not so sure that it would matter with this kind of unit. I had planned on writing a review then; but, as happens to us all, life became busy and I forgot. Ten months later, the unit stopped working suddenly. I reached out to their customer service and received a response within two days. They gave me a few cleaning options to try for when the dispensing mechanism might have become jammed up. They didn't work. I e-mailed back to see what next steps I could take. They wrote back less than 24 hours later telling me they were sending me a replacement unit and I should receive a confirmation letter with tracking number. Five days later, I had the new unit in hand and it works perfectly. The only ding on this unit is sometimes you have to put your hand in a specific area under the sensor, but that is true with most these type of units. I really like the look of it, it holds a nice amount of soap so you don't have to constantly refill, the batteries last a good amount of time and obviously, the customer service was fantastic. I do not know many companies that ten months later, with no "purchased" warranty that will give you a new unit when the original one breaks. I highly recommend this soap dispenser not just because it works well; but, also for the quick response customer service. I plan on finding other products this company makes in case I need something in the future that they offer.

The reason why I wanted to write the review is that I had a small issue to get it to work, and figured that is may be worth sharing. After I first unboxed it and installed the batteries, it would not dispense any soap. It made a tiny ticking sound when you put your ear on it, but nothing came out. I was able to fix the dispenser by opening the bottom plate (5 screws) and manually turning the motor just a couple of revolutions. The whole thing took only 5 minutes. A google search suggested that this might not be an uncommon problem, possibly caused by some residual liquid drying out in the pump. So if you have the same problem, you might be able to save yourself the hassle of returning it. Good luck.

Since it has a 2 year warranty I reached out to the manufacturer's customer service via email and they literally responded within 3 minutes. I gave them the information needed and they again answered right away and provided a replacement that arrived the next day. Within a span of no more than 8 minutes they had a resolution. I give the product a 5 star and their customers service another 5. Highly recommended.

I am happy with its performance so far and like that it holds a lot of soap, thus less refilling is required. I use soft soap in mine and like that you can also control the amount of soap that comes out. Easy to keep clean and it doesn’t go off at random like the Lysol one I use to have. The rubber grip underneath ensures that it stays put. ****Update- Feb 2020. My soap dispenser accidentally fell in the sink with water in it and it stopped working. I opened it up and dried the battery compartment and shook out as much water as I could and let it sit overnight. Next morning it worked like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be ordering more as this impressed me so much. I thought for sure it was ruined. I guess putting the batteries on the side instead of on the bottom is definitely a great idea. So glad I purchased this soap dispenser. (I wish you would give a discount for multiple orders). Reviewed by a very satisfied customer. Update- Aug:2020. My first secure is still working perfectly. I was a bit concerned when I couldn’t get another. Thank goodness another one came back in stock and I had this in my wish list. I ordered another and plan to order more for friends and family so please keep them in stock.

If the purchase price is divided by the number of the months they worked, it means that I have paid about $6 per month for soap dispenser. Won't buy again...

I am happy with its performance so far and like that it holds a lot of soap, thus less refilling is required. The rubber grip underneath ensures that it stays put. ****Update- Feb 2020. My soap dispenser accidentally fell in the sink with water in it and it stopped working. I opened it up and dried the battery compartment and shook out as much water as I could and let it sit overnight. Next morning it worked like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be ordering more as this impressed me so much. I thought for sure it was ruined. I guess putting the batteries on the side instead of on the bottom is definitely a great idea. So glad I purchased this soap dispenser. (I wish you would give a discount for multiple orders). Reviewed by a very satisfied customer. Update- Aug:2020. My first secure is still working perfectly. I was a bit concerned when I couldn’t get another. Thank goodness another one came back in stock and I had this in my wish list. I ordered another and plan to order more for friends and family so please keep them in stock.

If the purchase price is divided by the number of the months they worked, it means that I have paid about $6 per month for soap dispenser. Won't buy again...

Content: I was looking around for something like this and I finally found what I was looking for. This is a quality unit. For one thing, it looks beautiful compared to the other units (brands) that I saw. You can actually see how much soap is in the dispenser and you easily fill it from the top without removing it as it has a wide hole. I have had this for almost a month now without issue. I also bought one for the kitchen. A beautiful blue light lights up when it is activated. It always dispenses the same amount of soap. It has a sensor so it does not have to be touched in any way while dispensing soap. I am using soft soap antibacterial. No problem so far. I do keep it mostly filled up for pressure reasons. It has not failed me once, (either unit). I am very happy with the inset on the back which allows me to hang it safely on a wall with a nail or screw. It is very sturdy that way as you can see in the picture. It can also be easily placed directly on a flat surface but because I do not have a lot of room, I decided to hang it on the wall so I do not knock it over. It will blink red when it is time to exchange the batteries. So far I have not needed to exchange the batteries and I am using simple Amazon batteries that are not alkaline. I will see in the future if that needs to be changed to alkaline. These units work and they are very beautiful. Some of these kinds of units are pretty ugly and a person cannot always see how much soap is in there without opening it up. Not true of these units. They are tall and slender, but not too slender. Tops come in different colors, but I chose something that was shiny metal as I think it looks better. Some people in the reviews have mentioned that they would prefer a charging unit over batteries. Since I have not needed to replace the batteries in a month, I'm not sure that that statement is true. In order to charge it I would have to remove it for several hours as opposed to simply changing the batteries every six months as most reviews say. The only negative side that I see to this unit would be that the battery cover has two screws. Now I'm not telling people to follow my advice but I simply did not screw in the screws very far so they would be very easy to take out. I am not recommending this, but this is something I know that will work for me as the battery covers are not close to the water because I have them hanging above the same way in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Normally I prefer things the charge up, but I'm not so sure that it would matter with this kind of unit. So if you're looking for something that is very beautiful but also works perfectly, I highly recommend this unit. I do really like that the front of unit lights up blue when dispensing the soap. Very pretty in the day and at night. I actually sent pictures to my family it looks so nice.

I liked this dispenser. It was a good price and looked a little nicer than some of the others. When I received it, it worked well and the batteries lasted a good length. I had planned on writing a review then; but, as happens to us all, life became busy and I forgot. Ten months later, the unit stopped working suddenly. I reached out to their customer service and received a response within two days. They gave me a few cleaning options to try for when the dispensing mechanism might have become jammed up. They didn't work. I e-mailed back to see what next steps I could take. They wrote back less than 24 hours later telling me they were sending me a replacement unit and I should receive a confirmation letter with tracking number. Five days later, I had the new unit in hand and it works perfectly. The only ding on this unit is sometimes you have to put your hand in a specific area under the sensor, but that is true with most these type of units. I really like the look of it, it holds a nice amount of soap so you don't have to constantly refill, the batteries last a good amount of time and obviously, the customer service was fantastic. I do not know many companies that ten months later, with no "purchased" warranty that will give you a new unit when the original one breaks. I highly recommend this soap dispenser not just because it works well; but, also for the quick response customer service. I plan on finding other products this company makes in case I need something in the future that they offer.

The reason why I wanted to write the review is that I had a small issue to get it to work, and figured that is may be worth sharing. After I first unboxed it and installed the batteries, it would not dispense any soap. It made a tiny ticking sound when you put your ear on it, but nothing came out. I was able to fix the dispenser by opening the bottom plate (5 screws) and manually turning the motor just a couple of revolutions. The whole thing took only 5 minutes. A google search suggested that this might not be an uncommon problem, possibly caused by some residual liquid drying out in the pump. So if you have the same problem, you might be able to save yourself the hassle of returning it. Good luck.

Uses 4 AA batteries and so far have had it for 10 months and the batteries have lasted this whole time. I had one issue with the sensor where it was releasing the maximum amount of soap regardless of where the dial was. I tries to fix it myself to no avail. Since it has a 2 year warranty I reached out to the manufacturer's customer service via email and they literally responded within 3 minutes. I gave them the information needed and they again answered right away and provided a replacement that arrived the next day. Within a span of no more than 8 minutes they had a resolution. I give the product a 5 star and their customers service another 5. Highly recommended.

I had planned on writing a review then; but, as happens to us all, life became busy and I forgot. Ten months later, the unit stopped working suddenly. I reached out to their customer service and received a response within two days. They gave me a few cleaning options to try for when the dispensing mechanism might have become jammed up. They didn't work. I e-mailed back to see what next steps I could take. They wrote back less than 24 hours later telling me they were sending me a replacement unit and I should receive a confirmation letter with tracking number. Five days later, I had the new unit in hand and it works perfectly. The only ding on this unit is sometimes you have to put your hand in a specific area under the sensor, but that is true with most these type of units. I really like the look of it, it holds a nice amount of soap so you don't have to constantly refill, the batteries last a good amount of time and obviously, the customer service was fantastic. I do not know many companies that ten months later, with no "purchased" warranty that will give you a new unit when the original one breaks. I highly recommend this soap dispenser not just because it works well; but, also for the quick response customer service. I plan on finding other products this company makes in case I need something in the future that they offer.

The reason why I wanted to write the review is that I had a small issue to get it to work, and figured that is may be worth sharing. After I first unboxed it and installed the batteries, it would not dispense any soap. It made a tiny ticking sound when you put your ear on it, but nothing came out. I was able to fix the dispenser by opening the bottom plate (5 screws) and manually turning the motor just a couple of revolutions. The whole thing took only 5 minutes. A google search suggested that this might not be an uncommon problem, possibly caused by some residual liquid drying out in the pump. So if you have the same problem, you might be able to save yourself the hassle of returning it. Good luck.

Uses 4 AA batteries and so far have had it for 10 months and the batteries have lasted this whole time. I had one issue with the sensor where it was releasing the maximum amount of soap regardless of where the dial was. I tries to fix it myself to no avail. Since it has a 2 year warranty I reached out to the manufacturer's customer service via email and they literally responded within 3 minutes. I gave them the information needed and they again answered right away and provided a replacement that arrived the next day. Within a span of no more than 8 minutes they had a resolution. I give the product a 5 star and their customers service another 5. Highly recommended.

I will definitely be ordering more as this impressed me so much. I thought for sure it was ruined. I guess putting the batteries on the side instead of on the bottom is definitely a great idea. So glad I purchased this soap dispenser. (I wish you would give a discount for multiple orders). Reviewed by a very satisfied customer. Update- Aug:2020. My first secure is still working perfectly. I was a bit concerned when I couldn’t get another. Thank goodness another one came back in stock and I had this in my wish list. I ordered another and plan to order more for friends and family so please keep them in stock.

For one thing, it looks beautiful compared to the other units (brands) that I saw. You can actually see how much soap is in the dispenser and you easily fill it from the top without removing it as it has a wide hole. I have had this for almost a month now without issue. I also bought one for the kitchen. A beautiful blue light lights up when it is activated. It always dispenses the same amount of soap. It has a sensor so it does not have to be touched in any way while dispensing soap. I am using soft soap antibacterial. No problem so far. I do keep it mostly filled up for pressure reasons. It has not failed me once, (either unit). I am very happy with the inset on the back which allows me to hang it safely on a wall with a nail or screw. It is very sturdy that way as you can see in the picture. It can also be easily placed directly on a flat surface but because I do not have a lot of room, I decided to hang it on the wall so I do not knock it over. It will blink red when it is time to exchange the batteries. So far I have not needed to exchange the batteries and I am using simple Amazon batteries that are not alkaline. I will see in the future if that needs to be changed to alkaline. These units work and they are very beautiful. Some of these kinds of units are pretty ugly and a person cannot always see how much soap is in there without opening it up. Not true of these units. They are tall and slender, but not too slender. Tops come in different colors, but I chose something that was shiny metal as I think it looks better. Some people in the reviews have mentioned that they would prefer a charging unit over batteries. Since I have not needed to replace the batteries in a month, I'm not sure that that statement is true. In order to charge it I would have to remove it for several hours as opposed to simply changing the batteries every six months as most reviews say. The only negative side that I see to this unit would be that the battery cover has two screws. Now I'm not telling people to follow my advice but I simply did not screw in the screws very far so they would be very easy to take out. I am not recommending this, but this is something I know that will work for me as the battery covers are not close to the water because I have them hanging above the same way in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Normally I prefer things the charge up, but I'm not so sure that it would matter with this kind of unit. I am happy with its performance so far and like that it holds a lot of soap, thus less refilling is required. I use soft soap in mine and like that you can also control the amount of soap that comes out. Easy to keep clean and it doesn’t go off at random like the Lysol one I use to have. The rubber grip underneath ensures that it stays put. ****Update- Feb 2020. My soap dispenser accidentally fell in the sink with water in it and it stopped working. I opened it up and dried the battery compartment and shook out as much water as I could and let it sit overnight. Next morning it worked like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be ordering more as this impressed me so much. I thought for sure it was ruined. I guess putting the batteries on the side instead of on the bottom is definitely a great idea. So glad I purchased this soap dispenser. (I wish you would give a discount for multiple orders). Reviewed by a very satisfied customer. Update- Aug:2020. My first secure is still working perfectly. I was a bit concerned when I couldn’t get another. Thank goodness another one came back in stock and I had this in my wish list. I ordered another and plan to order more for friends and family so please keep them in stock.

Content: I purchased two units in July 2022 and both stopped working in December 2023, one week apart. It appears that both units were set to fail at the same time after 18 months! If the purchase price is divided by the number of the months they worked, it means that I have paid about $6 per month for soap dispenser. Won't buy again...
