Content: I wouldn’t use them for anything else more than mouth washing. I got them for camping and drinking but they’re very flimsy the kids spilt drinks I spilt drinks and so did my husband. The cups are just super light weight and if you don’t adjust the bottle it will fall over right away. Just use with caution
