I purchased another one from another brand at the same time and will likely return this one and buy another from the other brand instead. Content: I purchased the highland cow as a gift for a close friend. The cow arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, and it was difficult to cut the Highland cow out from the packaging. After some cutting, I was able to get the cow out without cutting the fur. When I pulled the cow out of the package, I noticed that the fur was matted down, and the cow nearly looked used. After some brushing however, I could get the cow's fur fluffy again. The fur on the top of the cow's head and tail was also a bit odd, as it was different lengths and was very thin. Overall, the highland cow was a nice gift, I just wish that the quality was higher considering the price I payed.

Content: This little guy arrived very very smooshed in his packaging (squashed tightly in manufacturing packaging) and was pretty distorted when he arrived. This is kind of understandable, but he also seemed not very high quality in workmanship. The effort had not been made to fix the plushy hairy fabric after it had been sewn, resulting in really badly looking seams and bald looking patches around the seams and also the eyes. As in, the long hairs of the plush fabric were all still stuck down inside the plushy it rather than having been fluffed back outwards, which looked terrible even though I tried to see if I could fix it. He wasn't very plushy and felt cheap and even after working with him for a while, he still is pretty warped, smooshed, and sad.
