I am highly disappointed and emailed the company, who states on their website.... I emailed them 5 days ago, and received an automated response informing me they respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. I have heard nothing further. I really like the OXO products and own a number of them, however, it they cannot resolve this to my satisfaction, they will not get another dime from me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased this over 9 months ago. I have used other brands of this type of soap dispensing dish brush for years but they always seem to wear out after a period of time. After visiting my sister and seeing she had this brand, I decided to give it a try. It is a little larger than the others I had previously and so far seems to be durable. I cook a lot so this brush gets a workout multiple times each day. The only one downside is that there does not seem to be a way to regulate the amount of soap that it dispenses. It doesn't matter if you push the button gently or a good solid push, the same amount of soap comes out. And sometimes you only need a little dab, but you get a big dollop. Other than that, it is a great product and I would purchase it again.

Content: This originally came with a piece missing. Within 1 hour they fixed it and sent me a new one. There are three pieces to this brush. They screw together easily. The top piece (black) you unscrew and add your liquid detergent (I bet this would work well with clothes stains too!) The middle piece (clear) holds the detergent and the bottom piece is the white brush that screws on. All three are a tight seal, absolutely zero leakage. You wet the brush, then press the black bulb in the center AFTER placing on the pot, pan or dish, etc. It squirts some detergent on the pot and you scrub away! Does a FAST job. Very small and you can purchase separate brush packs for a very reasonable price when yours gets worn.
