I ordered my blanket on 10/10 and received it on 10/13 with just the free standard shipping. Nothing but positives from me tonight.

I followed all the troubling shooting steps and even left the blanket completely unconnected from any cords for two days. Plugged it in and…blinking lights. No heat. I went to the Beautyrest website for warranty information and read the warranty only covered items bought through beautyrest.com. I was directed back to the third party seller (Amazon) I had purchased the blanket through. I went through the automated replacement option in my app.I was told to go back to Beautyrest for warranty. It’s a frustrating, stupid circle of finger pointing and I don’t have a working blanket. I highly suggest not purchasing it for its poor quality and lack of warranty and customer service.
