Content: The towels were very nice quality and the color was beautiful. They are almost like a velour on one side and cotton terry on the other side. The velour side is not as absorbent as the cotton terry side. Even though they are very nice towels I didn't find them as absorbent as I would've liked.

Content: These are attractive. Wound up using a couple of them for decorative hooks and look nice next to my towel rack... but wanted one to lay on the counter and it really isn't that absorbent and definitely MUCH smaller than normal hand towels. I decided not to return as needed something for guests at the time, and like them for decorative purposes.. but most likely for a functioning guest towel to use to dry hands, will look for another option. So honestly can not really recommend for their intended purpose.
