Content: Brush and scoop work fine, but I should have read the description a bit better. The bucket is quite small, and my wood stove is quite large, producing a lot of ash between cleanings. I usually need to make two trips when cleaning out the stove due to the small size of the bucket. Have a little stove or clean more frequently? It'll work just fine.

Content: I like the look of the bucket as it looks very sleek and is big enough for the amount of fires that we will use. Our fireplace is more decorative in nature so we seldom use it. However the shovel that came with it you have to assemble yourself and even with pre-drilling a hole I was unable to use the screw that was provided as the head of the screw began to break apart. We decided to throw that away and kept the small brush that comes with it as that will serve a bigger purpose and we are just using the tools that came with our fireplace. I would just keep the bucket and brush but get your own shovel

Content: Probably too small for large fireplaces. Just the right size for my intended use: as a coal bucket! I like to set down a base of coals before I start a fire. It keeps the fire going hotter and longer. The lids keeps the dust in and the cats out! Well made and the shovel and brush are useful as well.
