Now, the included items are fifty cents at any flea market but they are functional and a nice addition. Read the description closely. It is pretty small. Probably not big enough for a fireplace, but will work for my small wood stove. For the price, I am certainly pleased.

Title: Yes, this is in fact a Small Bucket
Content: It's a 1.3 gallon bucket - it is a mini bucket. I get about 3 days' worth of ash in there from having a fire in the small wood stove from 9a-8p. It does a great job of sitting on the stone hearth holding ashes. I have not put hot coals in it, only ash that's cooled down overnight, for which it has been fantastic. The little shovel and brush are also pretty great - not super fancy, but pretty sturdy, esp for being this inexpensive.

Content: This is so much better than trying to scoop up ashes into a plastic bag. The top came warped, but its flimsy enough to bend back. It functions as expected, and that deserves 5 stars. It is smaller than other ashcans, so has a smaller footprint, a big plus. I have only used for cold ashes.
