Content: For me, the beautiful glowing coals and realistic looking flames are awesome and my husband agrees. It was apparently very easy to install as it arrived (Sooner than expected!) after I left to go shopping, was already installed and going when I got home and I heard nothing out of my husband except how pleased he is. We have a huge fireplace but this insert fit perfectly and looks great! Oh, and it has good heat output also! It looks so nice I almost forgot it has another rather important purpose! We probably won't use the sounds much as they are a bit tinny but everything else more than makes up for that.

Content: Very nice replacement for a propane fireplace. We have no gas service, so decided to replace the propane one with this. Had to eun a dedicated circuit. Make sure it can pull in cool air, the unit needs to breathe to work right. Dimensions are accurate. Nice look and works well. Very pleased. I wish you could tell that the heat is on, but small complaint. Can use without the heater for ambiance. Make sure to support the front edge well, its a little weak on the bottom. And, it is very very quiet, barely hear the fan. We are quite pleased.

Content: We had purchased this to put into our existing wood burning fireplace because upon purchase of our home, the home inspection deemed the fireplace unsafe to use without a very expensive fix. You can have the fire on without the heat source so this is perfect for a fire ambiance in the summer. I returned it and promptly ordered this one instead. Could not believe how amazing it is for the price! The flames look as real as they can get for an electric fireplace and the unit itself is solid and great looking. I’ve been running it every night since I got it and so happy with it! The crackling sounds are a nice bonus but a bit fake sounding on their own. But with the tv or music going it is the perfect compliment. Would highly recommend this unit - absolutely no complaints!
