It has 3 settings: handheld, light gray holes, and dark gray holes. I am able to toggle between two of them to get the handheld and dark gray at the same time; the pressure just goes down. I really love the handheld. I use the jet to wash my hair and the other setting to wash my body. The other setting is so nice, like a massage. Pressure is really strong on all settings! Content: Really liked this shower hear and the attached wand. It helped loosen up and relax my neck, back and shoulders. Unfortunately, about day 4 the plastic piece that holds the wand to the head snapped. Idk if it's just because it's hollow or if there was already a fracture/void in the plastic from molding but now it just hangs there useless as I have some issues with the function of my back and shoulders. Since I can't find a way to get a replacement part, I have to send this back and look for something else that fits my needs

Unfortunately, about day 4 the plastic piece that holds the wand to the head snapped. Idk if it's just because it's hollow or if there was already a fracture/void in the plastic from molding but now it just hangs there useless as I have some issues with the function of my back and shoulders. Since I can't find a way to get a replacement part, I have to send this back and look for something else that fits my needs
