Content: Finally! I tried a couple cheap Chinese models but found them to be low quality and not a satisfying shower. I don't understand who the people are that give them 4 or 5 star ratings. This HammerHead gives me both velocity AND volume (with restrictor removed of course.) I am so glad I tried this one, now I will never need to shop again in my lifetime. What a great shower. No frills, just American made, all metal construction. Get it and be glad you listened to my review.

Content: You can feel the quality from the first minute you put hands on it. Solid metal, sturdy nozzles (and lots of them). Then when you step under the rainfall, it's like ultimate pleasure. The only very minor quibble that I have is the packaging of the teflon tape. The cardboard tape holder is shaped in a way that makes it difficult to unwind, and awkward to apply to the pipe threads. But this is a small imperfection in a very enjoyable product.

Content: I looked for a showerhead that was "Made in USA," as I want to minimize my contribution to the Sinoization of the US Economy and any further hollowing-out of our industrial base. Amazon search returned this product as "made in USA." Amazon support confirmed that the mfg "says it is made in the USA," so I ordered it. It arrived the next day (great), and was pretty easy to install. I checked the package to confirm the origin, and the label says "Made in China, Designed in the USA" (see attached photo.) So the claims or origin were wrong and probably deceitful. I had to wrestle with the old shower head to remov, and then discovered I also needed a new "shower arm", which I got from Home Depot (of course not made in the USA.) The rest of the install was simple and I appreciated that they included a small roll of plumber's sealing tape. The device uses 3 washers and the documentation only explains where one of them goes. It looks good and works fine. But I don't like being played and lied to.

I had installed a much more expensive Grohe and after the first shower, my wife came out and pronounced, "I hate it!". Not enough pressure and it felt like her hair never got rinsed. Couldn't have her starting out her day like that...every day.... After her first experience, she turned a 180 and asked why we hadn't had this showerhead for the past 20 years.

The chrome finish was pealing off, the plastic was chipping away, the various spray settings stopped functioning, a few spray nozzle tips got permanently clogged, etc... HammerHead’s handheld product caught my eye because it was made out of stainless steel, had a simple basic design, and seemed like a “too good to be true deal.” After watching the product video, I was not that impressed and actually even more skeptical. I was hoping that they would have done a direct side-by-side comparison and show off their products advantages over the competitions... 🤪 HOWEVER, I took a leap in faith and decided to purchase this and check it out, figuring that Amazon would let me return it if I wasn’t satisfied. When I finally got the item, I was very pleasantly surprised. The product actually was a quality item, and at a reasonable price too. 😁 I really like the steady firm “rain flow” stream you get, rather than being pelted by pulsating sprays that splash all over the place, because of their low gpm ratings. I totally agree with all the 5/5 reviews, and decided to upgraded my other shower items. In total, I purchased the following items and would rate them all a 5/5. - All Metal Hand Held Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal 8 Inch Rain Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal Shower Hose for Hand Held Shower Heads, Extra Long 72 Inch - 12 Inch Long Adjustable Shower Arm If anyone is skeptical like I was, just do what I did... Content: If you are interested in saving water, this is NOT your showerhead. Very powerful and full stream coming from all nozzles. When they say "optimized for pressure", they mean it! I had installed a much more expensive Grohe and after the first shower, my wife came out and pronounced, "I hate it!". Not enough pressure and it felt like her hair never got rinsed. Couldn't have her starting out her day like that...every day.... After her first experience, she turned a 180 and asked why we hadn't had this showerhead for the past 20 years.

The chrome finish was pealing off, the plastic was chipping away, the various spray settings stopped functioning, a few spray nozzle tips got permanently clogged, etc... HammerHead’s handheld product caught my eye because it was made out of stainless steel, had a simple basic design, and seemed like a “too good to be true deal.” After watching the product video, I was not that impressed and actually even more skeptical. I was hoping that they would have done a direct side-by-side comparison and show off their products advantages over the competitions... 🤪 HOWEVER, I took a leap in faith and decided to purchase this and check it out, figuring that Amazon would let me return it if I wasn’t satisfied. When I finally got the item, I was very pleasantly surprised. The product actually was a quality item, and at a reasonable price too. 😁 I really like the steady firm “rain flow” stream you get, rather than being pelted by pulsating sprays that splash all over the place, because of their low gpm ratings. I totally agree with all the 5/5 reviews, and decided to upgraded my other shower items. In total, I purchased the following items and would rate them all a 5/5. - All Metal Hand Held Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal 8 Inch Rain Shower Head (2.5 gpm) - All Metal Shower Hose for Hand Held Shower Heads, Extra Long 72 Inch - 12 Inch Long Adjustable Shower Arm If anyone is skeptical like I was, just do what I did... Content: Finally! I tried a couple cheap Chinese models but found them to be low quality and not a satisfying shower. I don't understand who the people are that give them 4 or 5 star ratings. This HammerHead gives me both velocity AND volume (with restrictor removed of course.) I am so glad I tried this one, now I will never need to shop again in my lifetime. What a great shower. No frills, just American made, all metal construction. Get it and be glad you listened to my review.

The only very minor quibble that I have is the packaging of the teflon tape. The cardboard tape holder is shaped in a way that makes it difficult to unwind, and awkward to apply to the pipe threads. But this is a small imperfection in a very enjoyable product.

It is heavy; it feels like there’s a lot of water coming at you, and it’s glorious. It feels like being under an actual waterfall, and it’s almost therapeutic in its effect. After I installed it, three other family members used it and commented on how incredible the experience was. Our daughter who was visiting asked me to send her the link to it because she wanted one. I don’t think you can go wrong with this product. Update (almost 2 years later): This shower head is still flawless after nearly 2 years. We’ve used it daily and there has been no degradation in the streams, no blocked jets, no leaks, etc. The silicone nozzles are just as supple and flexible as they were when I installed it. Cleaning takes little more than running a wet cloth over the surface, and it looks like it did on day one. I’ll reiterate what I said before: it would be hard to go wrong with this product. Amazon search returned this product as "made in USA." Amazon support confirmed that the mfg "says it is made in the USA," so I ordered it. It arrived the next day (great), and was pretty easy to install. I checked the package to confirm the origin, and the label says "Made in China, Designed in the USA" (see attached photo.) So the claims or origin were wrong and probably deceitful. I had to wrestle with the old shower head to remov, and then discovered I also needed a new "shower arm", which I got from Home Depot (of course not made in the USA.) Content: Finally! I tried a couple cheap Chinese models but found them to be low quality and not a satisfying shower. I don't understand who the people are that give them 4 or 5 star ratings. This HammerHead gives me both velocity AND volume (with restrictor removed of course.) I am so glad I tried this one, now I will never need to shop again in my lifetime. What a great shower. No frills, just American made, all metal construction. Get it and be glad you listened to my review.

Content: You can feel the quality from the first minute you put hands on it. Solid metal, sturdy nozzles (and lots of them). Then when you step under the rainfall, it's like ultimate pleasure. The only very minor quibble that I have is the packaging of the teflon tape. The cardboard tape holder is shaped in a way that makes it difficult to unwind, and awkward to apply to the pipe threads. But this is a small imperfection in a very enjoyable product.

After I installed it, three other family members used it and commented on how incredible the experience was. Our daughter who was visiting asked me to send her the link to it because she wanted one. I don’t think you can go wrong with this product. Update (almost 2 years later): This shower head is still flawless after nearly 2 years. We’ve used it daily and there has been no degradation in the streams, no blocked jets, no leaks, etc. The silicone nozzles are just as supple and flexible as they were when I installed it. Cleaning takes little more than running a wet cloth over the surface, and it looks like it did on day one. I’ll reiterate what I said before: it would be hard to go wrong with this product. Content: I looked for a showerhead that was "Made in USA," as I want to minimize my contribution to the Sinoization of the US Economy and any further hollowing-out of our industrial base. Amazon search returned this product as "made in USA." Amazon support confirmed that the mfg "says it is made in the USA," so I ordered it. It arrived the next day (great), and was pretty easy to install. I checked the package to confirm the origin, and the label says "Made in China, Designed in the USA" (see attached photo.) So the claims or origin were wrong and probably deceitful. I had to wrestle with the old shower head to remov, and then discovered I also needed a new "shower arm", which I got from Home Depot (of course not made in the USA.) The rest of the install was simple and I appreciated that they included a small roll of plumber's sealing tape. The device uses 3 washers and the documentation only explains where one of them goes. It looks good and works fine. But I don't like being played and lied to.

I had installed a much more expensive Grohe and after the first shower, my wife came out and pronounced, "I hate it!". Not enough pressure and it felt like her hair never got rinsed. Couldn't have her starting out her day like that...every day.... After her first experience, she turned a 180 and asked why we hadn't had this showerhead for the past 20 years.

The chrome finish was pealing off, the plastic was chipping away, the various spray settings stopped functioning, a few spray nozzle tips got permanently clogged, etc... HammerHead’s handheld product caught my eye because it was made out of stainless steel, had a simple basic design, and seemed like a “too good to be true deal.” After watching the product video, I was not that impressed and actually even more skeptical. I was hoping that they would have done a direct side-by-side comparison and show off their products advantages over the competitions... 🤪 HOWEVER, I took a leap in faith and decided to purchase this and check it out, figuring that Amazon would let me return it if I wasn’t satisfied. When I finally got the item, I was very pleasantly surprised. The product actually was a quality item, and at a reasonable price too. 😁 I really like the steady firm “rain flow” stream you get, rather than being pelted by pulsating sprays that splash all over the place, because of their low gpm ratings. I totally agree with all the 5/5 reviews, and decided to upgraded my other shower items.
