Content: The media could not be loaded. I was optimistic about ordering a shower head of Amazon by a brand I never heard of. But after reading the reviews and seeing it was on sale, I took a shot. This shower head is great. It's well made and comes with tephlon tape, wrench to put on (and most cases it works taking off old one), extra aerator screen and a shower cap. It has different settings and the pressure is really nice. I am very happy with this purchase and with the quality. Highly recommend.

Content: So, if you read my first review below, you know that we had "leaking" issues with the first shower head and that the company was shipping us a replacement. It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Can't beat the price for a great quality shower head. 😃 But remember, watch the video in the link I attached in my first review below. Content: Honestly wasn’t expecting much from a cheap shower head but this thing is nice. It was super easy to install with no leaks in the first attempt. The pressure regulator keeps the water pressure low but removing it is simple and the water pressure is great after. It’s a nice matte black, the different settings are nice. I’ll probably only use the regular and massage as the mist setting isn’t really my thing and the water feels cold on mist. Overall a good purchase that I would define make again.

Content: My first impression was of disappointment inasmuch as the body of the shower head appears to be made of some type of plastic and is not made of a a metallic material as it appears to be in the photos on Amazon. That being said, the shower head came poorly packaged in the box as the washer and the courtesy wrench were loose and shook loose in the box. Installation was rather easy. However, once installed, the swivel feature of the shower head was way, way too loose as the shower head did not remain in a desired position. Rather, the shower head kept dropping and pointed the stream of water almost in a directly downward direction.......I have contacted customer service and will definitely revise this review if customer service properly addresses the situation. UPDATE: changed this to a "5" star review after a short series of emails back and forth with the seller who will be shipping us a new shower head due to the problem with the original shower head.......since this problem has been resolved, we are most happy with the way the new shower head is performing......another note is that both shower heads came in different boxes and packaged very differently......the origianl came in a basically plain brown unmarked box with loose parts and the head covered in a Styrofoam type bag.......the replacement head cam in a bit fancier blue box(as depicted in the photos) with the head more nicely packed in a hard plastic type frame......the origianl shower head box definitely appeared much skimpier.....however, both shower heads worked exceptionally well except for the origianl failing to remain in an upward position.....this seller certainly stands by their product.....

I thought it might be too large for the area but it's perfect. The design is sleek, the different modes of spray are awesome. I've had no problems with leakage at all. This shower head is great. It's well made and comes with tephlon tape, wrench to put on (and most cases it works taking off old one), extra aerator screen and a shower cap. It has different settings and the pressure is really nice. I am very happy with this purchase and with the quality. Highly recommend.

It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Content: Honestly wasn’t expecting much from a cheap shower head but this thing is nice. It was super easy to install with no leaks in the first attempt. The pressure regulator keeps the water pressure low but removing it is simple and the water pressure is great after. It’s a nice matte black, the different settings are nice. I’ll probably only use the regular and massage as the mist setting isn’t really my thing and the water feels cold on mist. Overall a good purchase that I would define make again.

Content: My first impression was of disappointment inasmuch as the body of the shower head appears to be made of some type of plastic and is not made of a a metallic material as it appears to be in the photos on Amazon. That being said, the shower head came poorly packaged in the box as the washer and the courtesy wrench were loose and shook loose in the box. Installation was rather easy. However, once installed, the swivel feature of the shower head was way, way too loose as the shower head did not remain in a desired position. Rather, the shower head kept dropping and pointed the stream of water almost in a directly downward direction.......I have contacted customer service and will definitely revise this review if customer service properly addresses the situation. UPDATE: changed this to a "5" star review after a short series of emails back and forth with the seller who will be shipping us a new shower head due to the problem with the original shower head.......since this problem has been resolved, we are most happy with the way the new shower head is performing......another note is that both shower heads came in different boxes and packaged very differently......the origianl came in a basically plain brown unmarked box with loose parts and the head covered in a Styrofoam type bag.......the replacement head cam in a bit fancier blue box(as depicted in the photos) with the head more nicely packed in a hard plastic type frame......the origianl shower head box definitely appeared much skimpier.....however, both shower heads worked exceptionally well except for the origianl failing to remain in an upward position.....this seller certainly stands by their product.....

Title: Nice but swivel is a bit loose.......great pressure ...wonderful performance
Content: My first impression was of disappointment inasmuch as the body of the shower head appears to be made of some type of plastic and is not made of a a metallic material as it appears to be in the photos on Amazon. That being said, the shower head came poorly packaged in the box as the washer and the courtesy wrench were loose and shook loose in the box. Installation was rather easy. However, once installed, the swivel feature of the shower head was way, way too loose as the shower head did not remain in a desired position. Rather, the shower head kept dropping and pointed the stream of water almost in a directly downward direction.......I have contacted customer service and will definitely revise this review if customer service properly addresses the situation. UPDATE: changed this to a "5" star review after a short series of emails back and forth with the seller who will be shipping us a new shower head due to the problem with the original shower head.......since this problem has been resolved, we are most happy with the way the new shower head is performing......another note is that both shower heads came in different boxes and packaged very differently......the origianl came in a basically plain brown unmarked box with loose parts and the head covered in a Styrofoam type bag.......the replacement head cam in a bit fancier blue box(as depicted in the photos) with the head more nicely packed in a hard plastic type frame......the origianl shower head box definitely appeared much skimpier.....however, both shower heads worked exceptionally well except for the origianl failing to remain in an upward position.....this seller certainly stands by their product.....

Content: I love, love, love this shower head! I bought the 6" shower head and easily installed it myself. The size is perfect for my small bathroom. I thought it might be too large for the area but it's perfect. The design is sleek, the different modes of spray are awesome. I've had no problems with leakage at all. I highly recommend this perfectly priced, beautifully designed item for the bath.

Content: This showerhead vastly improved the water pressure in our shower. It was very easy to install, especially with the provided wrench and plumbing tape. We did not need to use the tape. It fit well with no leaks. The price is great, too! Highly recommend it!

Content: The media could not be loaded. Por el precio, crei que si lograria dar la presion de agua para cubrir todos los orificios, pero me di cuenta que no. Actua de la misma forma que los que cuestan 200 pesos y ademas son mas grandes. No lo recomiendo para casas con presion de caida del tinaco en el techo.

Content: The media could not be loaded. I was optimistic about ordering a shower head of Amazon by a brand I never heard of. But after reading the reviews and seeing it was on sale, I took a shot. This shower head is great. It's well made and comes with tephlon tape, wrench to put on (and most cases it works taking off old one), extra aerator screen and a shower cap. It has different settings and the pressure is really nice. I am very happy with this purchase and with the quality. Highly recommend.

It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Can't beat the price for a great quality shower head. 😃 But remember, watch the video in the link I attached in my first review below. You'll be glad you did! 👍🏽 ----------‐--------------------------------------- 1st review >> We purchased this really nice shower head based on the write up about it. We got the 4 inch chrome one. Nice touch. : ) Unfortunately, after spending over 30 mins placing the washer inside several times because it kept leaking once the water was turned on, we gave up and EMAILED the company. We ended up sending 2 different videos showing the leaking issue. We may have just gotten one with bad washers; not sure. But the company is shipping us a replacement. My biggest complaint is that you can't call and talk with anyone. Everything is done by email. So, it took 3 days going back and forth in email to finally get them to send us a replacement. Hopefully the next one will be a success because it really is a nice shower head. And I LOVE that there are 5 different types of spraying options. By the way, thus review done by A WOMAN is definitely the BEST installation and demonstration review! You go girl!! Thank you!! : )) All of the others showed it already installed. Content: Honestly wasn’t expecting much from a cheap shower head but this thing is nice. It was super easy to install with no leaks in the first attempt. The pressure regulator keeps the water pressure low but removing it is simple and the water pressure is great after. It’s a nice matte black, the different settings are nice. I’ll probably only use the regular and massage as the mist setting isn’t really my thing and the water feels cold on mist. Overall a good purchase that I would define make again.
