It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Color & Design I went with the sleek bronze finish, which looks so fancy it makes the rest of my bathroom jealous. It comes with all the fittings to install quickly and easily using your own adjustable wrench. Our water pressure is high so I was able to leave the 1.8 GPM insert already in the shower head when delivered. It is a very nice feature to be able to switch to the 2.4 GPM insert if you have low water pressure or if you want more water which I'm imagining would make the shower experience even more luxurious. The challenge is to not take longer showers because it feels so nice! It is a quality shower head worth the money.

It comes with all the fittings to install quickly and easily using your own adjustable wrench. Our water pressure is high so I was able to leave the 1.8 GPM insert already in the shower head when delivered. It is a very nice feature to be able to switch to the 2.4 GPM insert if you have low water pressure or if you want more water which I'm imagining would make the shower experience even more luxurious. The challenge is to not take longer showers because it feels so nice! It is a quality shower head worth the money.

Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Durability This thing is built like a tank. I’ve accidentally dropped it (okay, I dropped it on purpose to test it), and not a single dent or crack. Color & Design I went with the sleek bronze finish, which looks so fancy it makes the rest of my bathroom jealous. It comes with all the fittings to install quickly and easily using your own adjustable wrench. Our water pressure is high so I was able to leave the 1.8 GPM insert already in the shower head when delivered. It is a very nice feature to be able to switch to the 2.4 GPM insert if you have low water pressure or if you want more water which I'm imagining would make the shower experience even more luxurious. The challenge is to not take longer showers because it feels so nice! It is a quality shower head worth the money.
