Content: The 1500 thread count is very impressive. You would have to use a high power magnifying glass to actually see the threads. They are wrinkled when unpacking the top sheets and have a smell, so after washing and drying the two top sheets the smell is gone and wrinkle free. I use a king size flat sheet on my queen size bed and tuck it way in under the mattress, far better than a fitted sheet. I use another top king sheet over my queen bed and it hangs about 3" from the floor on 3 sides and looks good without anything else over the sheet. The sheets are warm like a thermo blanket and do not need a blanket over the sheet even when my bedroom is at 68F. Very soft!! Not sure what they are made of, I could not find that information on the tags or box. So whatever they are made of really does not matter to me. SO They look and feel like they will last a long time without balling as they wear.
