I wanted something light and airy for the summer time and thought I'd try these. I was not disappointed. They were nicely packaged and arrived in just two days. I thought I'd have to wash and dry them first but I was expecting company and was in a hurry. I took them straight out of the pack for ironing. To my surprise they were soft and lightweight. I put the iron on a cotton setting and they were a breeze to iron. My huge windows got plenty of compliments that weekend and I was very happy I got them. I would definitely buy them again to use as bedsheets. I would wash before using as bedsheets. As I said they're soft to the touch and would seem very comfortable.
