Content: The cans arrived in a box placed in the Amazon box. Problem was they put the box in upside-down so although the outer Amazon box was placed upright, all the cans inside we're then upside-down.Also 9 of the 12 cans were dented which then caused some of the lids to loosen. Add to that fact they were upside-down, many were a millimeter away from leaking. These products are only allowed to be shipped by ground because they are so flammable. So shouldn't the shippers be much more careful? Onto the quality of the product, I have used these for many years. They produce a very beautiful flame. I love the occasional crackling sound like a real wood fire. I've never noticed an odor. They burn clean as they are intended to. I live in South Florida and buy them mostly for the ambient effect at Christmas but they do provide a good amount of heat. If your fireplace allows 2 cans at a time you can definitely get warm by the fire. If they hadn't been so carelessly shipped, I would definitely give them 5 stars. Hope this helps someone.

Content: I recently bought this and was very impressed. The flames are so real and even crackle, as described, making my fireplace look like I have a genuine fire burning. They did last over the three hours as described. When I first got the items I wanted to check and see how well they really were. I decided to light three (as my fireplace was rated for) and it was amazing he heat generated. I had to actually crack the windows and back door since I wanted to time how long they actually burned. I live in Minnesota and wanted to check out the heat before the first blizzard they are calling for this winter. For ambiance I just use one can which heats the smaller area instead of the entire upper and lower living areas. The one down side: a very faint smell is noticible but with candles you would never notice. I will be buying more of these in the future.

Content: This was our first time purchasing this product, we had always bought the name brand for our mini fire pit, these work better. No weird smell or smoke. Burns clean and crackels like a real fire. When the fuel gets lower, there is still a good flame, unlike the name brand where the flame stayed inside of the tin and just provided a glow. I would definitely purchase these again!
