Content: When I fist received the product it was damaged during the shipment and unable to use it. When I got in touch with seller, they provided an outstanding service and send me a replacement. After installing it, works very well. It is a good size dual burner. Previous one I had, burners were too close to each other and it made it difficult to operate both at same time. This one has extra spacing between and I can use both at same time. Flame is good. I recommend it to anyone looking for a outdoor gas burner. And thank you for being so prompt and professional customer service.

Content: This may be our worst experience on Amazon ever. The item came dented on 3 of the 4 sides so I tried to return it but they don’t allow for returns for any reason. So we stuck with it and set it up. It’s cheap thin metal and the stove will blow off our outdoor table if it’s not secured down. The flame is horribly small. It’s an overall POS, as is the company who shipped it. I would not recommend this product whatsoever. I wouldn’t be writing this if they simple returned it for us.
