It's about the size of a large wash cloth, is super soft, feels like a good quality towel, if not on the thinner side, and the stitching for the words is clear and neat. There are no tags or anything to remove or that would be in the way, or feel bad. Value for price may be a little low, but, it is a great towel, and will serve two purposes well, 1) to bring a smile to his face, 2) to clean up, as one would do with a towel of this nature!
