Content: Smaller than I thought it would be (I’m bad at understanding dimensions). But still attractive and useful. Easy to put together.

Content: Update: Within 24 hours of my original post, I was contacted by the seller and offered a free replacement, while keeping the original. The new one arrived a few days later and was packaged much differently. The entire item was shrink-wrapped, unlike the first one. I suspect the first one may have been a return, and thus the imperfections. The new one is flawless and is lovey next to my fireplace. Thank you Simon, for the great customer service. Despite appearing to be well-packaged and the box undamaged, one end was bent and the paint was chipped. I was able to bend it back almost completely without further damaging the paint, as the metal is not very sturdy. Additionally, one of the metal pieces where the handle attaches was not completely painted, so I turned that side to the wall. Had this been more expensive, I would have gone to the effort of returning it, as it does come with a one year warranty. It looks nice with the wood in it and compliments my other tools.

Content: Good quality product but not as heavy duty as I had hoped. The main curved section is rather lightweight and I'm not sure how it will hold up to heavy logs and use. NOTE: The nuts were in the package but not the screws. I thought they had forgot to include the screws. Please note the screws are screwed into the nuts so its not immediately apparent that the screws are included. They are so don't panic. Still I do like the look and size of the product and it's not going back.

Title: You get what you pay for... Cheap! The wood flops out.
Content: Got this for Christmas, sorely disappointed in the quality / performance. It is paper thin (probably 22ga) sheet metal. Flexes easily. Aesthetically, it's really plain and cheap looking. The legs are the same paper thin metal too. I had to bend the legs to get it to sit properly without wobbling. My bigger complaint is that the handle only has one screw on each end, allowing it to pivot/rotate. Maybe there is some value in having the handle be able to 'lay down' when not in use, but it presents a REAL PROBLEM when you load it with fire wood and try to pick it up. Unless the wood is perfectly balanced and you walk very slow, the pan will tilt AND THE FIRE WOOD ALL FALLS OUT. It happened twice at which point I got a drill and some screws and put a second screw in each end of the handle. I'm not sure how this thing is getting 5 star ratings. Other buyers must have low expectations. I'd say this wood rack is good for an entry level home, cheap rental apartment, or as a surprise Santa gift where the recipient won't know who got them this cheap thing.
