They are good looking on the counter, dispense soap easily and refilling the dispenser is a breeze given the nice wide opening. They also seem to be well constructed. We have liked it so much, that we order 2 more so that we have one in each bathroom and one on the kitchen sink. The stainless steel looks sleek, while the matte black has a very nice textured finish which is helpful when picking it up. It makes far more sense to pay .09 cents an ounce for bulk style refills than .43 cents an ounce for the throw away dispensers. These are keepers!
