Content: Very disappointed with this mantel. I loved everything about this mantel except It came with a warped top of the mantel. Had it exchanged with another and it came with a warped top of mantel again! Thought I would give it one more try thinking 3rd time is a charm. It came warped again😞 Such a shame because it was beautiful!

Content: This product make seem light but it is heavy you need at least 2people to properly install. Cleaning is easy and it stays clean an doesn't attract dirt as easily as you think. Finished last month just in time for Christmas get togethers. Really makes the fireplace a WOW factor. One thing I would like is the pearl inlay be better flush with the material. Other wise I really like this piece. Way cheaper then lowes or homedepo who had it for over double the cost.

Content: The mantel arrived well packaged but there was a large crack to the right upper side. I put it together with the help of one other person. It wasn't terribly difficult but it was extremely heavy. It looks beautiful around the fireplace. After installing it and assessing the initial damage that it came with and the work included to install it, I will keep it as is without asking to receive an new one from the company.

Title: Low quality and a pain to deal with
Content: For the price, I was pretty disappointed. The surface finish was not consistent throughout the piece. Sections were very smooth and white. Other sections were highly pitted. At the corners, the paint was not well applied as they had chipped/flaked off. The only ways to fix these defects would have been to sand and re-paint the whole thing. If I wanted to do that, I would have just build my own fireplace surround for much less then $400+. Another reason I regretted this purchase was that the packaging was not sufficient to prevent damage. As you can see in the photos, a big chunk of the mantle broke off and a section of the leg got damaged. The size and weight of the whole assembly made returning it a pain. I had to bring along a friend and a truck.
