Content: I put this up in my laundry room as a cute shelf behind my washer and dryer. It’s perfect and the sturdiness and thickness is great. Possibly is priced a little higher than others out there.

Content: I bought a different one from another vendor and sent back due to damage. This is a solid piece. No assembly required. Lovely dark brown/ebony wood. Only small issue was some scratches and stain smudges. But, minor. I used touch up pen and now unnoticeable. They should pack this better to avoid scratches.

Content: The website claims that this is a wooden beam, but they messed it up in placing a plastic veneer on the surface.. that is a terrible design choice. We already tried to stain it which does not work on plastic.. I wish I could return it, but that probably won’t be accepted.

Content: The unit arrived and was easy to handle and install. It looks great over my fireplace. It seems to tolerate the heat very well. The only issue I had was installing the set screws was difficult because they were so close to the wall. It was attached on. You could not get a full turn with the provided Allen wrench so it took quite a while but overall, I am very happy with it.
