Content: I've purchased clear bags of varying sizes from GSA before, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. This was the first time I've purchased these packs of pre-cut mat boards, backing boards, and sleeves, and I was not disappointed! The order arrived in a timely fashion, and I was immediately impressed with the way the items were shipped: in a sturdy, flip-top cardboard box, which prevented any damage to the mat corners (always a concern). The mats were securely wrapped in clear film, and the clear bags were of better quality than others I've bought in the past. The mats themselves did not have any over-cuts or other damage, and were sized correctly for a 5x7 piece of art or photo. I used some thin (1/4" wide), double-sided acid-free tape sections (also purchased on Amazon) to adhere the mat board to the backing board, after first using acid-free framer's tape to secure the artwork to the mat. These sets are a really convenient way to offer original art, prints or photography to your customers so that they can easily pop them in widely-available, standard sized frames and avoid the absurdly overpriced frame shop prices. I matted up 16 originals to (hopefully) sell over the Xmas holiday season at the local shop I have my work in, since my similarly-packaged ACEO originals have sold really well. When you open the box, put the backboards, mats and envelopes on edge and pull them out one by one as you need them. Place your finished prints back in the box on their side as you finish each one. Content: Bought from - "The road is long and the road is long" storefront - fulfilled by Amazon. Package shipped in an envelope - multiple bags folded inside the package. Because this plastic is stiff the folded bags keep the resulting crease making the bag unusable for display purposes. 5 envelopes ruined out of 100 might not sound like much but that makes the package 5% smaller in terms of useable product. On another note _every_single_bag of the 100 shipped to me has a 5/16 hole punched through both sides on the bottom right hand corner if you're holding the bags with tape at the top with the flap facing you. I am sure I did not order bags with these perforations. This makes for 100% of the order shipped damaged IMHO The bags themselves are crystal clear with seam marks along the edges that looks like stitching. Nice presentation overall if you don't count the holes in the bags and the folds. Good quality plastic, the adhesive covering is easy to peel and the bags stick closed easily Ordered by 8x10 based on measurements given being 8 3/8 x 10 1/8. Received 8 7/16 x 10 1/4" bigger is better than smaller - but it doesn't make up for 100% of the order having holes in it. Returning is not an option because the return policy is you pay for return shipping plus a 5% restocking fee plus 15% for damages even though the item was shipped to me folded with holes punched through every single bag. 100% stay as far away from "The road is long and the road is long" as possible.
