Content: I had purchased a new mattress which was a bit firmer than I liked. Instead of returning the mattress I decided to purchase a 1.5 inch mattress topper. I decided to give this one a try bcs of the the very reasonable price. My reasoning was that if I did not like it, then I was not out an exorbitant amount of money. This topper is perfect! it softens the " extra firmness " of the mattress just enough. It is not hot to sleep on. It had a slight smell when I first took it out of the box and opened it up, but the slight smell was gone after a couple of hours. It had also expanded to the full 1.5 inch height. When rolling over or moving, it returns immediately to it's full expansion. I recommend this product .
