Content: Nearly 100,000 people could not tell me what the lining was made of so I'll tell you. It's a woven polyester. At first I thought it was an acetate satin which will not hold up in the wash but the tag indicates that the lining, fill and pocket are all polyester, only the top is 100% cotton. All of this is good. I have only washed it once so far and the lining did not shred and fall apart like that non-woven interfacing fabric. This bed pad was sewn well. The pocket is made out of a polyester knit and very deep. At first I thought it was too deep and it would be loose and baggy on the bed but the elastic is heavy duty and holds it on tightly. The padding itself actually covers the surface of my mattress; not too big, not too small but just right. The fill is generous and lofty and feels fluffy when laying on it. Overall I'm very happy with this product. It's the best bed pad I've had in years maybe ever.

Content: My husband and I bought a new bedroom suit, upgrading our mattress size to king. We opted for a cheap mattress since we were buying the suit, with plans to replace the mattress at a later date. The mattress we purchased was memory foam. Memory foam can make you sweat, and our mattress does just that. So much so that we will likely wind up having to replace it sooner than later, not saving anything in the long run. I purchased this cover for two reasons. First, to try to cut down on the sweating. Second, I can’t wash the mattress, so I always add a mattress pad or protector that can be washed if needed. My review of this pad is that it’s sort of like a thick, fluffy comforter. It’s kind of squishy. I am not sure what I was expecting but I was going for the feel of a pillow top. It doesn’t feel like that but it doesn’t feel like you just tucked a comforter under your sheet either. All I can say is that it made the mattress a lot softer. Whether that is a good thing or not is a matter of opinion. My husband doesn’t sleep well on it but didn’t sleep well on the mattress. He still sweats but not as much (didn’t on our old pillow top - it’s the mattress). I wouldn’t say that this would resolve that issue/cool you down that much. He also says it is too soft in comparison to our daughter’s (doesn’t have the pad on her bed). I tend to think that his issues can’t be resolved without replacing the mattress and am not going to blame them on the pad. The fact is, I doubt there is a pad on the market that would make him like our current mattress any more than he does. As for me? I like it. Our old pillow top had gotten too soft for me (your core changes quite a bit when you have twins!) and I was having trouble getting in and out of bed at night to check on the kids. My hips were hurting constantly and my back spasms made it more efficient for me to just sleep on the couch. The new mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me, and this pad improved my quality of sleep tremendously. It is soft enough that my hips don’t kill me when I lay on my side at night, my back spasms have mostly stopped so that I’m better able to get in and out of bed with the kids, and I just feel comfortable when I’m laying in it. I am not someone that has ever owned an expensive mattress and this is an improvement over the egg crates we used to use when I was a kid. My mom and sister liked it enough to get one for their beds and have liked using them so far (they have the same mattress and found it uncomfortable as well.... I have not laundered mine but my sister washes hers weekly and has not complained). At the end of the day, this mattress cover is not going to make your mattress feel like a pillow top or high end mattress if it isn’t. It also isn’t going to make your mattress feel like you crammed a comforter under your sheets. It doesn’t slide around or bunch up. It is not going to solve any problems with night sweats, and it is probably going to be too soft if you like a firm mattress. What it is likely to do is add some cushion to an otherwise too firm mattress. If your mattress is so unsupportive that your hips hurt when you lay on your side at night, it might help. If you’re tossing and turning and not sleeping well because of that sort of thing, it may help. If you just want to add a little cushion, it might help. If you just want a mattress cover you can launder, it would work (I don’t believe it is waterproof but we didn’t need that). As for us, it is an okay purchase. Didn’t solve my husband’s problems but solved mine and I’m grateful for that. I’m sure that we will soon be replacing the mattress with a better quality, non memory foam one, and when we do, we won’t be using this any longer. For now, I think it was worth the money. I don’t have any complaints so I’m giving it 5 stars. That doesn’t mean it upgraded our mattress - it just means that it does what I believe it was advertised to do and I got what I expected from it.

Content: My last cover, Spring Air, finally wore out. It was perfect. I couldn't find any in local stores that compared. (Those that were labeled 'extra plush' were thin. Looking online, I didn't find any for Spring Air but my search led me to this Easeland cover which I took a chance on. I'm very pleased with this one; it was priced reasonably compared to the prices in the stores, very good quality, plenty thick enough for comfort, and it fits over our king matress easily. As shown in the picture, it is made up of square quilted pads so the sheets do get the imprint of the squares after sleeping.

Content: This mattress cover was exactly what I was looking for. It is thick and plush, with generous elastic sides that stay tight and tucked under the mattress when you first put it on. Since I bought it in the winter (and the recommendation that you lay it out in the sun to let it fully fluff up, wasn't practical), I just laid it on top of the mattress for a day, then shook it out.....worked beautifully! What I really like is that my sheets now fit so much better and have less wrinkles in the morning and mostly stay put, even if I have a restless night and toss and turn a lot. I just have to give a little tug and slight re-tuck in the morning when making the bed and they're ready for the next night. Highly recommend this item!

Content: We bought a new king size Tempur-Pedic bed and we're looking for a mattress protector for it. I don't know if Tempur-Pedic beds are slightly smaller but we had an extremely hard time finding anything that perfectly. I think we would tried about five mattress pads before we found this one. Most of them we're either too big or are they slid around on top of the bed. When we tried this one we finally knew we found a good one right away. If it's snuggly but isn't extremely tight to get on. It doesn't slide around on the bed when you're moving on it and it's nice and soft. Perfect!
