Title: great product

Title: Includes plumber's tape
Content: Just finished assembling this and have to say it feels much sturdier than I expected. Interesting that another review recommended using plumber's tape on the threads to make the connections feel more secure. The package with the poker actually included a little baggie with a small roll of plumber's tape that was more than enough to cover both sets of threads. The connections do feel very solid. Can't wait to use it on our next outdoor fire.

Title: Awesome tool, but mouthpiece has dangerously sharp edges
Content: Very sturdy poker. The tubing is perfect size to get a strong stream of air on the fire. The 3 sections didn't loosen at all when moving logs around in the fire, and it's super convenient that it breaks down for easy storage. Only downside (besides being a little pricey) is that the opening where you blow is sharp, so you have to be very careful not to bump into any logs while blowing or you might slice your lip.

Title: Long Reach & Sturdy
Content: This is a GREAT poker for the price. It is strong enough to move larger pieces into place and long enough to do so without getting too close to the heat. I bought 2 because my fire pit is larger than normal (I like big fires for everyone to enjoy). Having 2 allows me to lift wood and relocate as needed. I can turn larger stumps and reposition just about anything I need with these pokers. The hollow tube is also nice for getting a fire started from coals or embers left over from the night before. The grip is okay but not quite tight enough. It turns and slides on the shaft pretty easily. I thought about removing it completely and adding some sports tape but I haven't done that yet. I may try using a heat gun to shrink it a bit or sanding the shaft for extra grip or even gluing it in place. It's not a big deal, just a little aggravating. It really doesn't affect the usage of the tool.

Title: No opening at the end for use as a bellow
Content: This is a very strange thing but I guess that's clear. It's cool for being a travel fire poker should you need that. Very solid design the threads are long and fit snug for each section. Not really great for the bellows part of it's use you have to remove the whole 3rd piece putting you much closer to the fire than I'd like to be.

Title: What a surprisingly good fire tool.
Content: I loved it made many aspects of keeping the fire going better, even used it with the Dutch oven. Everyone wanted one at the campground and once they saw it was a bellow they demanded the link to where i bought it. Would buy again! one of the threads has a slight wobble but didn’t effect the usage and the others seem tight and well machined.

Title: Surprisingly tough
Content: I was skeptical to the fact that this comes in 3 pieces and is screwed together as that typically leads to sloppy and wobbly pole. Well, that was the case (slightly) as some reviewers have mentioned. I bought 2 of these and they both had wiggle room in the same piece once threaded on. I had no intention on every taking these a part once I put them together so I was able to resolve the wiggle by putting regular old plumbers tape on the threading and then screwing the pieces together. With the tape on the threads this thing feels like one continuous piece of metal pole and had no problems moving huge firery logs, poking the 1500F fire coals and the bellow feature worked perfectly. So, if you have one or are thinking of getting one and don't want the wiggle - just thread an ample amount of plumbers tape on the thread and it will make everything very tight.
